Анотація
У статті розглядається науково-методологічне забезпечення просвітницької підготовки майбутнього педагога-музиканта. її концептуальний аспект ґрунтується на ідеях феноменологічного, синергетичного, аксіологічного і тезаурусного підходів, визначених принципах та педагогічних умовах, які представляють сукупну послідовність засобів художньо-естетичного впливу на студентів у процесі фахового навчання. Вони забезпечують цілісний погляд на проблему підготовки майбутніх педагогів-музикантів до виконавсько-просвітницької діяльності й дають змогу розглядати її, по-перше, як інваріантний етап фахового навчання студентів у вищих мистецько-педагогічних навчальних закладах, а по-друге, як процес їх методичної освіченості.
The article deals with scientific and methodological support of the performing- educational training of the future musical art teacher. Its conceptual aspect is based on the ideas of phenomenological, synergetic, axiological and thesaurus approaches, as well as the principles of maximum artistic information, comfortable artistic communication and respect for the author's concept, which represent total succession of means of artistic and aesthetic impact; readiness of future teachers for performing-educational activities is determined by the following positions: positive emotional and value attitude to musical and educational activities; mastering of the system of special knowledge in the field of history and theory of music, the ability to apply this knowledge in musical and educational activities; possession of an arsenal of professional skills related to the practical implementation of performing and educational activities (musical performance skills, artistry, imaginative and informative speech, communication skills); molding and fluency in the system of methodological skills necessary for planning and organization of such activities. The author singles out professional functions performed by a modern musician- educator - creative-processing, organizing and communicative. Accounting for these features allows organizing a full-fledged process of preparing the future teacher-musician. The pedagogical conditions of educational preparation of the future teacher-musician in the conditions of individual training are substantiated. They include: 1) mobilization of the performing resource for educational activities; 2) focus on reflection of educational activities with an emphasis on the possibilities of creative expression; 3) use of the design method as a way of creative self-development and self-realization of future music teachers; 4) introduction of various forms of musical education. The author considers external and internal factors that affect the educational activities of students. It is revealed that formation of the educational culture of students of musical and pedagogical education institutions is based on the methodologcal system of projected education. It is noted that in the system of musical-pedagogical education, these theoretical aspects become universal. They combine informational, educational, research, and praxeological functions, which allow organizing vocational training of future music teachers in such a way that the prolonged formation of their artistic experience becomes a catalyst for the quality of education in a higher education institution.
