Анотація
У статті досліджується механізм сприйняття й усвідомлення в межах сучасного розуміння динаміки розвитку когнітивних здібностей та отримання когнітивного досвіду. Доведено, що в пізнавальному процесі в момент усвідомлення «досвіду», підключається процес осмислення як процес порівняння з попереднім «досвідом». Цій процес запускає механізм свідомого сприйняття інформаційного сигналу. Механізм свідомого сприйняття інформації подається інформаційним відгуком когнітивної системи на вхідний сигнал і є наступним кроком у процесі розуміння.
Проблема отримання когнітивного усвідомлення «досвіду» досліджена в межах сучасного розуміння механізмів формування когнітивного простору та визначення факторів, які впливають на процеси його активізації. Вивчено механізм впливу на формування пізнавального досвіду ефекту «пластичності» когнітивного простору пам'яті. Установлено, що ефект «пластичності», трансформації закодованих моделей ментальних образів, може істотним чином вплинути на процес розуміння, що позначиться на когнітивних здібностях особистості. У статті зроблена спроба пояснити виникнення (відсутність) позитивних або негативних емоцій як функцій опосередкованого ставлення особистості до потоку інформації.
Розуміння механізму осмислення інформації визначить подальше вдосконалення освітніх технологій з метою активізації та вдосконалення процесу мислення особистості в сучасних закладах вищої освіти.
The article is dedicated to the process of perception and comprehension in the framework of modern understanding of the mechanisms of development of cognitive abilities and receiving of cognitive experience. This problem is studied from the point of view of the neurodynamic concept about the regimes of localization of metastable chaotic structures of the neural system of the brain. It is proved that in the cognitive process at the time of comprehending of the experience is connected to the process of comprehending as the process of comparing the received signal with previous experience. This process starts the mechanism of comprehending perception of the information signal. The mechanism of conscious perception of the received information is an information response of the cognitive system to the input signal and is the next step in the process of understanding. The problem of cognitive perception of experience is investigated in the framework of modern understanding of the mechanisms of formation of cognitive space and determining the factors that affect the processes of activation of cognitive space. The mechanism of influence on the formation of cognitive experience of the effect of "plasticity" of cognitive memory space is studied. It has been found out that the effect of "plasticity", the transformation of coded models of mental images, can significantly affect the process of comprehension that affects the cognitive abilities of the individual. The dynamic process of comprehension of cognitive experience is accompanied by activation of internal sensory mechanisms that cause subjective feelings - emotions. The article is attempted to explain the emergence (absence) of positive or negative emotions as functions of the mediated relationship of the individual to the flow of information. A detailed understanding of the mechanism of comprehension of information will determine the approach to further improvement of educational technologies for the purpose of possible activation of the process of understanding, development of cognitive space and thinking of the individual, will ensure the improvement of technologies of professional and cultural development of the individual in modern institutions of higher education.
