Формування знань з нетрадиційних методів фізіотерапії як важливий чинник підготовки майбутніх фахівців зі здоров'я людини, фізіотерапії та ерготерапії

Abstract

У статті розглядається питання формування знань з нетрадиційних методів фізіотерапії в майбутніх фахівців зі здоров'я людини, фізіо- та ерготерапії. Проаналізовано наукову літературу щодо використання рослинних засобів як елемента комплексу фізіотерапевтичних процедур із реабілітаційною метою після різних захворювань та у тренувальному й освітньому процесах. Обґрунтовується доцільність вивчення модуля «Основи фітології», важливою складовою якого є фітотерапія та ароматерапія, під час підготовки студентів факультету фізичного виховання спеціальності «Середня освіта. Здоров'я людини» з додатковою спеціалізацією «Фізична терапія та ерготерапія». Наведено мету, короткий зміст цього модуля і програмні результати навчання.

The article deals with the issue of formation of knowledge about non-traditional methods of physiotherapy for future specialists in human health, physiotherapy and ergotherapy. The scientific literature about herbal remedies as an element of the complex of physiotherapeutic procedures were analyzed. As a means of physical rehabilitation, phytotherapy and aromatherapy are recommended to use: for children and adults with a violation in the work of various organs and their systems; in practice of sports medicine and during training activities. With the advent of the concept of health-saving technology and its introduction in pedagogy, the elements of herbal medicine and aromatherapy find their application in the practice of teachers. In order to improve the state of health, mood and to reduce the incidence of students, it is offered to use essential oils of plants in the educational process. It was found out that the main reasons for the use of herbal remedies with rehabilitation and recreational purposes were: scientific provement of the positive effect of plants on human organism through the contents of a wide range of chemical substances and properties of medicinal products of official medicine; lower toxicity and less aggressiveness of herbal remedies in comparison with synthetic analogues. For students of the Faculty of Physical Education of the specialty 014.14. Secondary education (Human Health) with additional specialization "Physical therapy and ergotherapy" during the study of the module "Basics of phytology" it is offered acquaintance with such non-traditional physiotherapy methods as phytotherapy and aromatherapy. The purpose, the short content of the module and program learning outcomes are given.
