Анотація
У статті розглянуто процес становлення традицій освіти в культурно- історичній європейській та українській проекціях. Охарактеризовано наукові дані в області музичної психології та педагогіки, що сприяють підвищенню ефективності музичного освіти. Аналізується специфіка музично-просвітницької діяльності в умовах сучасної шкільної освітньої системи й завдання, актуальні для діяльності вчителя музики в умовах інформаційно-комунікативних і технологічних інноваційних процесів. Виявлено актуальні проблеми в галузі музично-просвітницької діяльності, що вимагають поглибленого вивчення.
The article presents the process of enlightenment traditions formation in the historical cultural European and Ukrainian projections. They were the milestones of the philosophical thinking at the age of Enlightenment, which served as the prerequisite for the spread of knowledge and education among the people at large. The main aspects in the development of musical-educational activities in the Ukrainian cultural field in the past and at present are defined. The advancements of Ukrainian music community over the course of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries in the formation of general musical education practice and the school system of musical education have been pointed out. The essence of musical education as a form of social and spiritual influence on the formation of the personality by the new generations; features of musical and cognitive activity under conditions of the current state of development of information and communication tools and innovative technologies have been determined. The author has described the most typical information and communication tools and technologies for the organization of musical-educational activities. The tasks are explained, appearing before a specialist in the process of musical education. The article deals with specifics of its implementation by teaching in higher forms. The main functions are characterized typical of musical art as a form of art activity: expressive-emphatic, artistic cognitive, communicative-subjective, hedonistic, axiological as well as spiritual-cathartic. The specificity of musical artist defined which bases on its dynamical-temporal nature, the ability to distant influence on listeners. The scientific achievements in the field of musical psychology and pedagogy have been described, taking into account which of them will make musical and educational activities more effective. Among them are: the theory of arrangement, the technology of artistic and content analysis of musical works, the theory of interiorisation and formation of sensory standards as the basis for improving perceptual abilities. The state of musical- educational activity in the modern educational system and as well as the actual problems which require in-depth study have been analyzed.
