Анотація
У статті висвітлено особливості роботи з дітьми з РРП (реактивними розладами прихильності). З'ясовано, що РРП - діагностичний термін для визначення гострих і відносно нетипових порушень зв'язків, які впливають на дітей. У більшості випадків РРП характеризується явно порушеними та неадекватно розвиненими способами встановлення соціальних зв'язків. З'ясовано, що система формування зв'язків та прихильності впливає на наступне функціонування людини в усіх сферах її життя.
Shaping, or in other words, establishing a child's relationship with an adult is a dynamic ability, which develops within a specified, purposeful, long-term process. Over time, it adopts various, specific forms, before it reaches its state of maturity. The basic and primary function of shaping bond and attachment is to maintain closeness with the mother in order to ensure security. This adaptive function is biological and related to the fact of survival. The operation of the attachment behaviour system is closely related to exploratory behaviour - learning about the environment is possible when the child is close to the carer who is a safe base for him. Since the attachment system is of fundamental importance its incorporation completely disables most of other systems. The system of formation of bonds and attachment constitutes the subsequent functionning of the human in all spheres of life. RAD (Reactive Attachment Disorder) is a diagnostic term for the determination of acute and relatively atypical disorders of the ties which affect children. In most situations, RAD is characterized by clearly disturbed and developmentally inadequate ways of establishing social ties. Principles of cooperation with the family/guardians of the child in shaping a confident attachment style: 1) building trust - at the beginning it is a good step towards building mutual trust. Building a good relationship with your family is the key to working with your child; 2) obtaining information which is important for the diagnosis of a child's situation - among the potential ways of obtaining information for diagnosis are: observation of a parent-child relationship; completing previously prepared questionnaire; conversation about the life situation of the child and family; 3) improving parental competences of parents/guardians and supporting families in matters of key importance for improving the child's situation.
