Анотація
У статті висвітлюються окремі питання формування компетентності індивідуального здоров'язбереження в майбутніх учителів на етапі бакалаврської підготовки. Описано клінічні випадки, які складають неспецифічну картину для групової динаміки внаслідок наявності в респондентів хронічних захворювань, психічних чи поведінкових розладів. Діагностичними показниками є зона професійного комфорту, індекс суб'єктивного комфорту, стан здоров'я студентів. Показано приклади схеми психовалеологічного консультування, особливості підбору засобів діагностики й корекції стану здоров'я за допомогою авторської методики проекційної десенсибілізації. Результати продемонстрували позитивну динаміку стану здоров'я і зони професійного комфорту респондентів унаслідок застосування запропонованих засобів.
The purpose of the article is to describe the clinical cases of the dynamics of the health status and future teachers' professional comfort zone in the process of professional training with the implementation of targeted individual psycho-valeological effects. The article highlights some issues of the future teachers' individual health preservation competence forming at the stage of bachelor's training. There are described clinical cases that make up a nonspecific picture for group dynamics due to the presence of chronic illnesses, mental or behavioral disorders in the respondents. The research methods were analysis and synthesis of scientific sources, diagnostic indicators were the professional comfort zone, the subjective comfort index, the health status of students, occupational burnout level, biological and psychological age. For the diagnosis of psychosomatic aspects of the health of respondents, there were used interview and expressive projective techniques - analysis of drawings on a given topic. The examples of psycho-valeological counseling scheme, features of diagnostic tools selection and correction of the health status with the help of the author's technique of projection desensibilization are shown. The steps of the methodology are: tuning to the respondent, diagnosing the situation, collecting information about the psychosomatic basis of the respondent's condition, respondent's conscious decision making on the need to change own settings and behavior, designing a traumatic factor on the operator's palm and conducting desensibilization, reframing, attracting resources, monitoring and self-control of psycho-emotional and physical condition of the client, out of contact. The results showed a positive dynamics of the health status and the professional comfort zone of respondents as a result of the application of the proposed means. For the successful implementation of psycho-valeological counseling by the described method, appropriate training of the operator and gaining some experience in the implementation of each of the stages of projection desensibilization, which require rapid response and selection of individually appropriate for the client means necessary for the operator. The counseling is carried out only at the request of the client, the operator can offer his help, but the client must be prepared to interact and consciously go to the contact.
