Анотація
Природні ієрархії попри всю поширеність їхнього використання досі залишаються явно недостатньо дослідженим явищем. Водночас сучасна наука прийшла до висновку, що будь-яка складна система, яка виникла в процесі еволюції методом проб і помилок, повинна мати ієрархічну організацію. Така організація ґрунтується на відповідних атрибутах, до яких на-лежать: взаємопов’язаність внутрірівневих і міжрівневих складових, функціональна цілісність як на кожному ієрархічному рівні, так і в межах усієї ієрархічної піраміди, наявність емерджентної якості як на кожному рівні, так і всієї взаємопов’язаної сукупності ієрархічних рівнів, наявність контролюючого механізму як структурних складових, так і у всієї ієрархічної піраміди, наявність головної (генеральної) і підпорядкованих цілей тобто будь-яка територіальна ієрархія – це насамперед системне утворення.
Будь-яка природна територіальна ієрархія – цілісність, яку формують і підтримують відповідні залежності й закономірності, що надає їм просторово-часової стабільності й підтримці у формуванні внутрішньої функціональної структури та їхніх ієрархічних співвідношень. Така внутрішня організованість ієрархізованих територіальних систем підтримується їхньою зовнішньою організованістю в основі яких перебувають ієрархічно-організаційні процеси керовані відповідними ієрархічними залежностями.
Despite the prevalence of their use, natural hierarchies still remain insufficiently investigated. At the same time, modern science came to the conclusion that any complex system which arose in the process of evolution by trial and error should have a hierarchical organization. Such organization is based on the relevant attributes, which include: interconnectedness of the intra-level and inter-level components, functional integrity both at each hierarchical level and within the entire hierarchical pyramid, the presence of the emergent attribute at each level and the whole interconnected set hierarchical levels, the presence of a controlling mechanism as structural components, and in the whole hierarchical pyramid, the presence of the main (general) and subordinate purposes, that is, any territorial hierarchy – it is primarily a system formation. Any natural territorial hierarchy is the integrity that forms and maintains the corresponding dependencies and regularities, which gives them space-time stability and support in the formation of the internal functional structure and their hierarchical relations. Such internal organization of hierarchical territorial systems is supported by their external organization based on which hierarchical organizational processes are controlled by appropriate hierarchical dependencies. The possibility of hierarchically complicated systems more efficiently distribute entropy and more efficiently use the non-entropic processes makes them more flexible, more stable and more resistant to external perturbations. At the same time, symmetric and asymmetric phenomena are optimally combined in them. Overlaying such processes on rhythmic and self-oscillating variability does not disturb their organization, but provides systems for moving quasi-equilibrium. In an individual plan, the complex of such phenomena and processes closely depends on the location of the system. Complicated information phenomena not only provide hierarchically complicated territorial systems with harmonious coexistence with the environment, but also they are at the top of the ruling mechanisms, which provide the optimal organization of systems within each of the consecutive chain of states. Thus, the differentiation and, at the same time, the functional continuity of hierarchical territorial systems form interconnectedness and individuality from place to place through-out the landscape. It is in them that extremely complex and consistent interweaving of laws, principles, and dependencies, which ensure the organizational stability of the landscape in general and each of its fragments in particular.
