Анотація
У статті проаналізовано особливості розвитку системи музичної освіти Казахстану в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів. З’ясовано, що до концептуальних завдань вищої музично-освітньої системи належать: навчити майбутнього музиканта-педагога нестандартно мислити, творчо вирішувати проблеми, володіти науковими, професійними навичками, вміти адаптуватися до швидких змін у соціальному, інформаційному, технологічному й усьому професійному середовищі. Особливе значення на нинішньому етапі надається цілеспрямованій орієнтації на процес формування професійної креатосфери майбутніх фахівців музичної освіти як сфери поліхудожньої взаємодії особистості учня, культури та суспільства на основі синергетики національних культур.
Professional and innovative policy in higher education in Kazakhstan is based on the priorities of postindustrial-innovative development of the country with including the process of modernization in all spheres of life activity of our country. For the full support of the process for today it is actual to have qualified personnel of appropriate level and profile, in particular in music education system. Nowadays they must be competitive in the labor market, competent and fluent in their profession, navigate in complex areas of their professional activity, capable to effective work in continuous music education system at the level of international standards in the context of the European integration process. One of the conceptual problems of higher music education system is to teach future musician-teacher to think outside the box, creative problem-solving, to own scientific, professional skills, to be able to adapt to the rapid changes in the social, informative, technological and all professional areas. Special meaning at this stage is given to purposeful orientation to the process of professional creative sphere of future professionals of music education as a sphere of poly art interaction of student’s personality, culture and society based on synergy of national cultures. In a teaching process of our university, which is based on strategic purpose of Bolongna process and assuming an active mobility of students and teachers, we are focused at training of the new formation of professionals: scientists, creators and managers in music education area which corresponds to the classical education traditions of the university. Nowadays innovative training policy of modern music education is not based only on disciplines; it basically is based on innovative ways of thinking and acting, deepening of fundamental training based on professionally oriented training.
