Анотація
У статті розглядаються проблеми ефективності навчання у вищих педагогічних закладах. Обговорюється вдосконалення підготовки майбутніх учителів інституту фізичної культури шляхом валеологізації предмету «Біомеханіка» при організації навчально-виховного процесу для формування навичок здорового способу життя. Також розглядаються проблеми впровадження у практику викладання біомеханіки для студентів спортивних спеціальностей здоров’язберігаючих технологій. У публікації визначено суть поняття «валеологізація», виокремлено основні шляхи забезпечення валеологізації для студентів спеціальностей «Здоров’я людини», «Спорт» та «Фізичне виховання». Обґрунтовано використання в системі підготовки майбутніх учителів різноманітних біомеханічних технологій, ознайомлення з біохімічними основами техніки рухових дій і тактики рухової діяльності.
This article discusses the effectiveness of teaching in higher educational institutions. The improving of the future teachers training of Physical Education Institute of valeologisation subject «Biomechanics» at the organization of the educational process for promoting a healthy lifestyle is discussed. Also the author of the article addresses to the problem of the implementation in practice health preservation technologies for students of sports biomechanics specialties. The publication defines the essence of the concept of «valeologisation», which is interpreted as a set of educational activities aimed at preserving and improving the health of young people, «valeologisation subject «Biomechanics», which studies human movement during physical exercises. The main ways of ensuring valeologisation for students of so specialties as «Human Health», «Sport» and «Physical Education» are highlighted in the article. The application of different biomechanical technologies, acquaintance with the foundations of biochemical technic of motor actions and tactics of motor activity in the training of future teachers is motivated. Analysis, generalization and systematization of teaching methods and special literature on the development and implementation of biomechanical technologies in educational process indicates a growing interest and active scientists in this direction. Statement of the problem lies in the fact that mastering the essential knowledge and understanding of the integration of motor processes during their execution, a teacher at a higher quality level can solve the problems of the educational process. Despite the work of experts in the field of biomechanical educational technologies aimed at theoretical justification biomechanical efficiency of knowledge by teachers of physical culture in our time remains relatively unexplored issues in this area.
