Анотація
У статті самостійна творча діяльність тих, хто навчається, розглядається як основний спосіб активного, продуктивного учіння й одночасно провідний чинник самореалізації конструктивних і креативних якостей особистості. Автор на матеріалі теоретико-експериментальних досліджень виявляє, що пізнавально-творча діяльність учнів і студентів у середовищі інноваційного евристично-модульного навчання набуває за певних умов суттєвих якостей, важливих для особистісного зростання суб’єктів навчання. Для них стають значимими й досяжними свобода вибору змісту і методів, мотиваційно-цільової спрямованості пізнавальної діяльності, оволодіння евристичними способами розв’язання завдань, конструктивні та діагностичні вміння, вирішальні для становлення креативної і рефлексивної сфер особистості. Навчальні досягнення в евристичній освіті набувають більш високого рівня й суттєво сприяють успішній самореалізації творчого і професійного потенціалу особистості.
In the article the independent creative activity of learners is considered as the main way to active, productive learning and simultaneously a leading factor of self-realization of constructive and creative qualities of the personality. Based on theoretical-experimental research the author discovers that informative and creative activities of pupils and students in an environment of innovative heuristic-modular learning acquires under certain conditions, substantial qualities which are important for personal growth of subjects of learning. Freedom of choice of content and methods, motivational-target directional cognitive activities, student heuristic ways to solve problems, design and diagnostic skills, decisive for the formation of creative and reflexive spheres of personality become meaningful and achievable for them. Analysis of the specific traits of an independent creative activity shows that the general (global) its indicator is cognitive and creative activity of subjects of activity. All stages, forms and methods of cognitive activities are dependent on the level of creative activity. An essential feature of the cognitive creative activity is the presence of a stable and powerful motivation – motivated search and self determination of its own significant, meaningful goal, and also dialogical interaction as the unity of mutual aid and countermeasures in communication between educational subjects. A significant feature of the cognitive creative activity, proved in our research, was mastering of the mechanisms of heuristic activity, such as the search for the unknown using «analysis through synthesis» (S. Rubinstein), the search for the unknown using a series of heuristic questions (heuristics), search the unknown using associations, analogies, comparisons, contrasting, etc. Establishment of really heuristic and creative activity on the motivational, operating and diagnostic levels gradually but steadily contributes to the process of self-growth traits decisive for creative personality – increased motivation of choice of really creative activity as a new meaning of life, the constant extension and implementation of the dominant for the identity of heuristic abilities and skills. The real perfection of the chosen kind of independent creative work with enough comprehensive diagnostic and criteria tools for measuring, self-evaluation and further improvement of the results of creative achievements is also necessary. Educational achievement in heuristic education takes a higher level and significantly contributes to the successful realization of creative and professional potential of the individual.
