Abstract: В статье представлен анализ понятия профессиональной компетентности будущих специалистов. Рассмотрены основные составляющие профессиональной компетентности будущих инженеров-педагогов. Раскрыта основная сущность аналитической компетентности будущих специалистов с помощью компетенций её обеспечивающих, а также сформулировано понятие аналитической компетентности будущих инженеров-педагогов. На основе изучения содержания каждой отдельной составляющей профессиональной компетентности будущих инженеров-педагогов определено место и определена роль некоторых элементов (компетенций) аналитической компетентности.
This paper presents an analysis of the concept of professional competence of future specialists. A different perspective of the issue is presented. Based on this analysis it is determined its overall concept, which depends on the interpretation of the term «competence» and features of future professional activity. Professional competence of the future engineer-teacher is presented by complex competencies of its components: socio-psychological and pedagogical, didactic, special, methodological, informational, administrative, research, general cultural, communicative and reflective. It is disclosed the basic gist of analytical competence of the future engineer-teacher with the help of specialists providing its competencies, as well as concretized this concept is applied to the work of the future engineer-teacher. Analytical competence of the future engineers and educators is characterized as the author examines the complex personal and professional qualities, analytical ability, positive motivation and awareness of the need for analytical work, a certain system of knowledge and skills in the field of analytical activity, both in teaching and in the productive activities of the future profession. An analytical competence as a system is separated into competence (elements) that provide analytical activities. After examining the content of each component of professional competence, the place and role of analytical elements in the structure of professional competence (this analysis is presented in tabular and graphical form). Based on this analysis, the two components of professional competence (Research and Information), which are closely linked with the analytical are characterized. A content analysis of educational qualification characteristics, which proves the importance of analytical competence in the process of solving professional problems is made. On the basis of the analysis it is noted that analytical work is present in every part of the professional competence of the engineer-teacher that has defined its place. It is highlighted the role of analytical competence, which is to ensure the harmonious development of the components of professional competence. The prospects for further research in this area are determined, which is to find the optimal method of forming analytical competence in preparing future engineers-teachers (for example, of sewing profile).
