Анотація
У статті з’ясовано сутність інноваційної компетентності керівника навчального закладу; визначено її складові компоненти (особистісний, когнітивний, діяльнісний); розкрито особливості формування інноваційної компетентності магістрантів зі спеціальності «Управління навчальним закладом», що пов’язані зі створенням відповідних умов, а саме: високим рівнем мотивації, наявністю в навчальному плані вузу дисципліни «Інноваційний менеджмент», застосуванням особистісно орієнтованого підходу до студентів з урахуванням їхнього рівня підготовленості, попереднього інноваційного досвіду, пізнавальних інтересів і ставленням до новацій.
In the article it is proved that modernization of education actualizes the problem of educational establishment manager preparation for innovative processes management, makes demands, which envisage new manager preparation area, direct headmaster’s own creative potential and form the ability to manage the school development. It is found the essence of educational establishment manager competence, which allows to solve the problems of improvement of professional activity contents and methods, to improve the quality of educational establishment results through the formation of new teachers’ views and using of effective technologies of informational transformation. It is identified the components of innovative competence: personal (motivational and creative direction, creative potential, manager’s outlook, moral and legal aspects, communicativeness, self-organization), cognitive (systematic character of pedagogical, psychological, management, innovation knowledge), activity (personnel motivation, implementation of analytical, planning and prognostication, organizational and coordinating, controlling and regulatory management functions, orientation in innovative management methods). The unity of professional and civil positions are the basis of manager innovative competence, what is in understanding of the significance of innovation for the development of education and our country in the future. Qualitative preparation of manager for innovative processes management is provided by creation of relevant conditions, namely: the high level of motivation, presence of «Innovative management» discipline in university curriculum, using of personally-oriented approach to a student in the light of his level of preparation, previous innovative experience, cognitive interests and attitude to novations. Innovative competence is formed by the corporation of university lecturers, who during the studying of other disciplines focus students on different novations in studying, upbringing, organization of management.
