Анотація
У статті здійснено комплексне наукове дослідження методологічних засад формування професійної культури академічного бандурного виконавства у контексті творчої спадщини видатного українського виконавця, педагога та фундатора Київської школи академічного бандурного виконавства Сергія Васильовича Баштана. Дослідження спрямоване на виявлення та систематизацію ключових принципів професійної підготовки виконавців, їх практичної реалізації в ансамблевих формах виконавства та інтеграції традиційних і сучасних методологічних підходів. Здійснено аналіз основних компонентів професійної культури, до яких належать технічна майстерність, художня інтерпретація, ансамблева взаємодія та ціннісно-етичні орієнтири виконавця, що утворюють цілісну систему, здатну забезпечувати високий рівень виконавської компетентності та художньої самобутності. У статті уточнено механізми реалізації методологічних засад школи С. В. Баштана у сучасній практиці, зокрема через аналіз діяльності тріо «Вербена» як феномену, що репрезентує цілісну модель професійної культури академічного бандурного виконавства. Виявлено, що тріо «Вербена» (у складі Людмила Ларікова, Лідія Зайнчківська та Ольга Калина) демонструє ефективну реалізацію педагогічних принципів, поєднуючи індивідуальну виконавську майстерність кожної учасниці з колективною координацією, художньою інтерпретацією та репертуарною різноманітністю. В роботі здійснено теоретико-методологічний аналіз розвитку академічного бандурного виконавства в Україні, оцінено роль національної музичної традиції у формуванні професійної компетентності виконавця та визначено взаємозв’язок педагогічних принципів із практичними аспектами ансамблевого виконавства. Виявлено, що комплексне поєднання технічних, інтерпретаційних та колективних елементів створює унікальну модель професійної культури, здатну забезпечувати ефективну передачу традицій Київської школи академічного бандурного виконавства новим поколінням бандуристів
The article presents a comprehensive scholarly study of the methodological principles underlying the formation of professional culture in academic bandura performance, examined through the creative legacy of the distinguished Ukrainian performer, educator and founder of the Kyiv school of academic bandura art, Serhii Bashtan. The research aims to identify and systematize key principles of professional training for performers, their practical application in ensemble performance formats and the integration of both traditional and contemporary methodological approaches. The article analyzes the core components of professional culture, including technical mastery, artistic interpretation, ensemble interaction and the performer’s value-ethical\ orientation. Together, these elements form an integrated system capable of ensuring a high level of performance competence and artistic individuality. The study clarifies the mechanisms for implementing the methodological principles of S. Bashtan’s school in contemporary practice, particularly through the analysis of the “Verbena” trio as a phenomenon representing a holistic model of professional culture in academic bandura performance. It is demonstrated that the “Verbena” trio (comprising Liudmyla Larykova, Lidiia Zainchkivska and Olha Kalyna) effectively realizes pedagogical principles by combining the individual performance mastery of each member with collective coordination, artistic interpretation and diverse repertoire. The work conducts a theoretical and methodological analysis of the development of academic bandura performance in Ukraine, evaluates the role of national musical tradition in shaping performers’ professional competence and examines the relationship between pedagogical principles and practical aspects of ensemble performance. The study finds that the integrated combination of technical, interpretive and collaborative elements creates a unique model of professional culture capable of effectively transmitting the traditions of the Kyiv school of bandura performance to new generations of bandura players
