Анотація
Автори статті аналізують внесок академіка Віктора Миколайовича Синьова, видатного українського науковця, який суттєво вплинув на розвиток психологічної та педагогічної науки, зокрема в галузях корекційної педагогіки і пенітенціарної системи. Його наукові досягнення охоплюють широкий спектр питань – від підготовки педагогічних кадрів до розробки інноваційних підходів до роботи з ув’язненими. Науковець працював у провідних освітніх і науководослідних установах України. За понад п’ятдесят років науково-педагогічної діяльності академік модернізував навчальні плани і програми для спеціальних шкіл і педагогічних закладів України, підготувавши численних фахівців у галузі корекційної педагогіки, психології та права. Його підходи поєднують гуманізацію освітнього процесу з розробкою ефективних психолого-педагогічних технологій, що сприяють усвідомленню та мотивації ув’язнених до позитивних змін. У статті підкреслено, що робота В.М. Синьова спрямована на зміцнення позитивних взаємовідносин між педагогами і ув’язненими, розвиток соціальних зв’язків та вдосконалення методів роботи у виправних закладах. Особливу увагу приділено ролі педагогів і працівників пенітенціарної системи, які повинні мати високий рівень професійної культури, емпатії та здатності будувати довірливі відносини. Автори зазначають, що запропонована В.М Синьовим педагогіка співпраці стала важливим кроком у реформуванні системи підготовки майбутніх офіцерів, сприяючи розвитку їхніх морально-етичних і професійних якостей. Наголошується, що інноваційні ідеї В.М. Синьова в пенітенціарній педагогіці знайшли широке практичне застосування, сприяючи гуманізації пенітенціарної системи та підвищенню ефективності ресоціалізації. Його велика науково-педагогічна діяльність заклала основи для нових напрямів у психології та педагогіці.
The authors of the article analyze the contributions of Academician Viktor Mykolaiovych Syniov, a prominent Ukrainian scholar who made a significant impact on the development of psychological and pedagogical science, particularly in the fields of correctional pedagogy and the penitentiary system. His scientific achievements cover a wide range of issues, from the training of pedagogical personnel to the development of innovative approaches to working with inmates. The scholar worked in leading educational and research institutions in Ukraine. Over more than fifty years of scientific and pedagogical activity, the academician modernized curricula and programs for special schools and pedagogical institutions in Ukraine, preparing numerous specialists in correctional pedagogy, psychology, and law. His approaches combine the humanization of the educational process with the development of effective psychological and pedagogical technologies that promote the selfawareness and motivation of inmates for positive changes. The authors emphasize that V.M. Syniov’s work focuses on fostering positive relationships between educators and inmates, developing social connections, and improving methods of working in correctional facilities. Particular attention is paid to the role of educators and penitentiary staff, who must possess a high level of professional culture, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships. The authors note that the cooperative pedagogy proposed by V.M. Syniov has become an important step in reforming the training system for future officers, promoting the development of their moral, ethical, and professional qualities. The article highlights that V.M. Syniov’s innovative ideas in penitentiary pedagogy have found broad practical application, contributing to the humanization of the penitentiary system and increasing the effectiveness of resocialization. His extensive scientific and pedagogical activity has laid the foundation for new directions in psychology and pedagogy.
