Анотація
У статті розкрито сутність педагогічного супроводу самостійної роботи здобувачів освіти у цифровому освітньому середовищі та визначено його ключові характеристики. Узагальнено, що педагогічний супровід розглядається як комплексний процес організації й управління навчальною діяльністю здобувачів освіти, який поєднує дидактичні, методичні, психологічні та технологічні аспекти. Обґрунтовано, що ефективність самостійної роботи студентів залежить від цілеспрямованого використання можливостей цифрового освітнього середовища, зокрема інтерактивних ресурсів, онлайнплатформ, мультимедійних засобів та персоналізованих освітніх траєкторій. Визначено основні функції педагогічного супроводу (дидктичну, розвивальну, виховну, інформаційну, дослідницьку) та його процесуальні компоненти, що забезпечують формування самостійності, критичного мислення та професійної компетентності студентів. Педагогічний супровід самостійної роботи в умовах цифровізації освіти сприяє підвищенню якості підготовки майбутніх фахівців і їхній готовності до професійної діяльності в цифровому суспільстві.
The article reveals the essence and specificity of pedagogical support for students’ independent work in a digital educational environment as an important factor in improving the quality of professional training in higher education institutions. A theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to organizing students’ independent learning activities is carried out, and the role of digital technologies in transforming the modern educational process is determined. It is generalized that pedagogical support is considered as a purposeful, systematic, and multi-component process of organizing and managing students’ learning activities, which combines didactic, methodological, psychological, and technological aspects and is aimed at developing the ability for independent learning, self-development, and professional self-improvement. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of students’ independent work largely depends on the capabilities of the digital educational environment, which provides access to a wide range of information resources, interactive platforms, online courses, multimedia tools, and communication instruments. It is determined that the implementation of digital technologies contributes to the individualization of the educational process, increases learning motivation, and promotes the development of critical thinking, creativity, and self-regulation skills. The article outlines the main functions of pedagogical support for students’ independent work, including didactic, developmental, educational, informational, and research functions, as well as identifies its procedural components: adaptive-orientational, informational-methodological, professionally oriented, and creative-search. It is proved that their comprehensive implementation ensures the effective organization of students’ independent activities and contributes to the formation of professional competence of future specialists. It is generalized that pedagogical support of independent work in the context of digitalization of education is a necessary condition for creating a flexible, open, and innovative educational environment focused on individual needs and the requirements of the modern labor market. At the same time, the need for further scientific substantiation of pedagogical support models, taking into account the integration of digital technologies and the development of new forms of organizing students’ learning activities, is emphasized.
