Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано методологічні засади підготовки рядового та сержантського складу інженерних військ Збройних Сил України в умовах триваючої збройної агресії рф проти України та трансформації системи військової освіти. Метою статті є визначення й теоретичне обґрунтування комплексу методологічних засад, що забезпечують цілісність і практичну спрямованість навчально-тренувального процесу. Дослідження ґрунтується на застосуванні системного, діяльнісного, аксіологічного, ресурсно-середовищного та компетентнісного підходів, методів теоретичного аналізу, систематизації та узагальнення наукових джерел. Встановлено, що їх інтеграція сприяє формуванню професійних компетентностей, морально-психологічної стійкості та готовності військовослужбовців до виконання інженерних завдань у складних і динамічних умовах. Зроблено висновок про доцільність представлення методологічних засад підготовки рядового та сержантського складу інженерних військ як функціонально-ієрархічної моделі, що забезпечує цілісність навчально-тренувального процесу та формування професійної готовності військовослужбовців до виконання службово-бойових завдань.
The study aims to substantiate and characterise the methodological foundations of training non-commissioned and enlisted personnel of the engineering troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for professional activity under the conditions of ongoing armed aggression and the transformation of the national military education system. The research focuses on identifying and systematising the key methodological approaches that determine the integrity, content, and practical orientation of the educational and training process within the selected segment of military education. The research methodology is based on the comprehensive implementation of systemic, activity-based, axiological, resource-environmental, and competency-based approaches. The systemic approach ensures the integrity and coherence of professional training, interconnection between educational modules, logical structuring of the content, and consistency in developing practical skills required for engineering tasks. The activity-based approach provides the formation of practical abilities through modelling combat situations, performing professionally oriented tasks, and approximating the learning process to real conditions of service and combat activity. The axiological approach enriches the training process with value-based meaning, promotes the formation of moral and professional consciousness, responsibility, and awareness of the social significance of military service. The resource-environmental approach is aimed at the effective use of material, technical, informational, and organisational resources of the military educational environment to enhance the quality and functionality of training. The competency-based approach integrates knowledge, skills, abilities, and personal qualities into professional competencies that ensure readiness to perform official duties effectively in complex and dynamic conditions. The scientific novelty. It is emphasised that the practical implementation of the identified methodological foundations relies on a set of principles for improving the selected fragment of the military education system. These include the principle of symbiosis of education, science, and practice; the principle of mutual development of warfare technologies and pedagogical approaches to updating the training of noncommissioned and enlisted engineering troops personnel; the principle of relevance of training to contemporary requirements and international standards; and the principle of functionality of the educational and training process. These principles determine the direction of modernising the professional training system in accordance with current security challenges and the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The integration of the outlined methodological approaches forms a coherent and conceptually grounded basis for improving the training of noncommissioned and enlisted personnel of the engineering troops. Their combined implementation ensures the development of a highly professional, adaptable, and competitive serviceman capable of effectively performing engineering tasks, responding to modern combat challenges, and integrating educational, scientific, and practical resources within the educational and training process.
