Анотація
Методичні рекомендації присвячені вивченню біологічних ресурсів, основ екологічного управління та проєктної діяльності у сфері охорони довкілля на рівні територіальних громад. У матеріалах розкрито поняття і класифікацію біологічних ресурсів, значення біорізноманіття для сталого розвитку територій, особливості природних і напівприродних екосистем України, а також сучасні загрози та проблеми їх використання.
Значну увагу приділено нормативно-правовим засадам та інструментам екологічного управління, ролі державних інституцій і місцевих громад у збереженні та відновленні біологічних ресурсів. Методичка містить рекомендації щодо організації самостійної та практичної роботи студентів, виконання польових досліджень, розробки та оцінки екологічних проєктів для територіальних громад, а також приклади успішних громадських ініціатив в Україні.
Методичні рекомендації призначені для студентів біологічних спеціальностей закладів вищої освіти, викладачів, а також можуть бути корисними фахівцям органів місцевого самоврядування та громадським активістам, залученим до реалізації природоохоронних і освітньо-екологічних проєктів.
The methodological guidelines are devoted to the study of biological resources, the fundamentals of environmental management, and project activities in the field of environmental protection at the level of territorial communities. The materials present the concept and classification of biological resources, the importance of biodiversity for sustainable territorial development, the features of natural and semi-natural ecosystems of Ukraine, as well as current threats and challenges related to their use. Considerable attention is paid to the legal framework and instruments of environmental management, as well as to the role of state institutions and local communities in the conservation and restoration of biological resources. The guidelines include recommendations for organizing independent and practical student work, conducting field research, developing and evaluating environmental projects for territorial communities, and provide examples of successful community initiatives in Ukraine. The methodological guidelines are intended for students of biological specialties in higher education institutions, teachers, and may also be useful for local government professionals and community activists involved in the implementation of environmental and educational projects
