Анотація
Досліджено підходи до теоретико-методологічних аспектів структурних змін переробної сфери агропромислового сектору економіки різних авторів. Визначено, що аналіз структурних змін у переробній сфері агропромислового комплексу базується на наступних теоретичних підходах: еволюційна економіка через дослідження процесів поступового розвитку та трансформації галузі, адаптації до нових умов і викликів; інституціональна економіка через проведення аналізу ролі інституційних факторів (державної політики, регулювання, корпоративної культури) у формуванні структури галузі; теорія інновацій через вивчення впливу технологічних інновацій на структуру виробництва, появу нових продуктів і ринків. Визначено випереджальні темпи розвитку даної сфери порівняно з промисловим сектором України в загальному. Визначені основні напрями проведення структурних змін в даній сфері та узагальнено існуючі методики оцінки. Визначенні основні фактори, що впливають на зміни структури виробництва в переробній сфері АПК. Сформовано авторське бачення оцінки структурних змін у переробній сфері АПК як комплексного процесу, який передбачає аналіз кількісних та якісних показників, що характеризують стан і динаміку розвитку галузі.
The purpose of the article is to study the structural changes in the processing sector of the agroindustrial complex in modern economic conditions and to develop one's own vision for evaluating their data. Approaches to the theoretical and methodological aspects of structural changes in the processing sphere of the agro-industrial sector of the economy by various authors have been studied. It was determined that the analysis of structural changes in the processing sphere of the agroindustrial complex is based on the following theoretical approaches: evolutionary economics through the study of the processes of gradual development and transformation of the industry, adaptation to new conditions and challenges; institutional economics through the analysis of the role of institutional factors (state policy, regulation, corporate culture) in the formation of the structure of the industry; innovation theory through the study of the impact of technological innovations on the structure of production, the emergence of new products and markets. Anticipatory rates of development of this sphere compared to the industrial sector of Ukraine in general have been determined. The main directions of carrying out structural changes in this area are determined and the existing evaluation methods are summarized. The main factors influencing changes in the structure of production in the processing sector of the agro-industrial complex are determined. The author's vision of assessing structural changes in the processing sector of the agro-industrial complex as a complex process, which involves the analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators characterizing the state and dynamics of the industry's development, has been formed. It was determined that the main factors influencing changes in the structure of production in the processing sector of the agro-industrial complex are: the change in consumer preferences prompts manufacturers to change the range of products; changes in raw material and energy prices affect the cost of production and the competitiveness of enterprises; the growth of competition forces enterprises to constantly improve and look for new niches in the market; state policy in the agricultural sector affects the development of the processing industry by subsidizing certain industries, primarily the horticultural industry, through grant programs. The following methods are used to study structural changes in the processing sector of the agro-industrial complex: system analysis, which allowed considering the industry as a complex system consisting of interconnected elements; statistical analysis that was used to quantify changes in the structure of production, products, export-import; the method of expert evaluations, which was used to collect the opinions of specialists regarding the prospects for the development of the industry.
