Анотація
У статті визначено значення та потенціал інформаційно‐ комунікаційних технологій (ІКТ) у процесі формування риторичної компетентності учнів старшої школи. Проаналізовано сучасні підходи до використання цифрових інструментів для розвитку мовленнєвих навичок, комунікативної культури та вміння впевнено презентувати свої думки. Визначено риторичну компетентність як сукупність знань, навичок і вмінь, необхідних для створення ефективного публічного виступу. ІКТ розглядаються як інструмент для підвищення ефективності освітнього процесу.
The article identifies the importance and potential of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the process of forming rhetorical competence of high school students. Modern approaches to the use of digital tools for the development of speech skills, communicative culture and the ability to confidently present one's thoughts are analyzed. Rhetorical competence is defined as a set of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for creating an effective public speech. ICT is considered as a tool for increasing the effectiveness of the educational process. The impact of ICT on the formation of such key aspects of rhetorical competence as logical and structured expression, expressiveness of speech, communicative adaptability and critical thinking is considered. Particular attention is paid to the practical aspects of using ICT in the educational process, in particular the use of multimedia resources, virtual discussion platforms, video recordings of public speeches and specialized applications for rhetorical training. It is argued that the integration of digital technologies in increasing the effectiveness of students' learning, expanding their opportunities for independent learning and developing a communicative commission. Based on modern pedagogical research and practical experience, the authors note the effectiveness of using ICT to improve rhetorical skills, in particular the construction of persuasive speech, expressiveness of speech and confidence during public speeches. The conclusions of the article confirm that ICT significantly expand the possibilities of teaching rhetoric, make it more interactive, adaptive and personalized. The proposed methodological recommendations can be useful for teachers who seek to improve the teaching of rhetoric in high school.
