Анотація
У статті на основі аналізу джерельної бази схарактеризовано контекст реформування національної вищої освіти, зокрема медичної та впровадження й формування відповідно до стратегії Європейського простору вищої освіти відповідних вимог якості. Обґрунтовано сутність поняття «якість» як різнопланової категорії. Розглядаються проблеми, особливості напрями розвитку вищої медичної освіти в контексті європейської та світової парадигми вищої освіти. Висвітлюються значення чинників, що впливають на реформування і якість вищої освіти при підготовці майбутнього лікаря та приведення її у відповідність до вимог світового і Європейського простору вищої освіти. Показано, що розвиток системи вищої освіти й зокрема медичної, як підготовки сучасного фахівця, потрібно розглядати в контексті розвитку системи суспільства, в якому опиняється випускник, та системи вищої освіти, особливостей системи тієї або іншої країни, а також специфіки самої системи.
The article, based on the analysis of the source base, characterizes the context of reforming national higher education, in particular medical, and the implementation and formation of relevant quality requirements in accordance with the strategy of the European Higher Education Area. The essence of the concept of «quality» as a multifaceted category is substantiated. According to N. Dorokhova and T. Kostylenko, the leading factors that ensure the quality of education are high professional training of teachers and its constant improvement, the latest educational and methodological support for the educational process (modern textbooks, manuals of leading Ukrainian, European and world authors), availability of a system of teaching control and evaluation (survey of students regarding the quality of work of teachers) and the level of knowledge of those seeking education (compilation of test controls of the current, final and unified state qualification exam), the use of the latest educational technologies in the learning process, the involvement of students and teachers in scientific research, the compliance of the training programs of the disciplines with modern requirements, the appropriate material and technical support of the educational process with the latest scientific literature that meets the modern requirements, the use of materials from sociological and other types of surveys, orientation of teaching to the formation of social and leadership qualities of the future specialist, stimulation of independent work of students, exchange of experience with foreign specialists, development and active implementation of student mobility within the framework of Erasmus+ grant support. The problems, peculiarities and directions of development of higher medical education in the context of the European and world paradigm of higher education are considered. The importance of factors affecting the reform and quality of higher education in the preparation of the future doctor and bringing it into line with the requirements of the world and European area of higher education is highlighted. It is shown that the development of the higher education system, and in particular the medical one, as the training of a modern specialist, must be considered in the context of the development of the system of the society in which the graduate finds himself, and the system of higher education, the peculiarities of the system of one or another country, as well as the specifics of the system itself.
