Анотація
Метою статті є визначення ролі досягнення мотивації успіху у формуванні професійної компетентності майбутніх інженерів‐бакалаврів. Визначено такі дефініції, як «мотив», «мотивація», «мотив досягнення», «успіх». Доведено, що завдання викладачів‐новаторів полягає у розвитку пізнавальних мотивів здобувачів, майбутніх інженерів‐бакалаврів зокрема, створення умов для розвитку й саморозвитку, для реалізації здобувачами освіти своїх потреб, інтересів, для опанування ними професійної компетентності за обраним фахом. З цією метою доцільним є використання при проведенні лекцій, практичних і лабораторних робіт ігрових, інтерактивних, інноваційних технологій. Перспективами подальших наукових розвідок є визначення ролі комп’ютерного моделюваня у професійному навчанні майбутніх інженерів‐бакалаврів.
The purpose of the article is to determine the role of achieving success motivation in the formation of professional competence of future bachelor engineers. Such definitions as "motive", "motivation", "achievement motive", "success" are defined. "Motivation is an external manifestation of human activity due to internal motivating energy". Learning motivation is a dynamic process and the result of internal, psychophysiological management of learning activities with the dominance of some motives and suppression of others. "Achievement motivation is a desire for success, high results in activity. It organizes holistic behavior, increases educational activity, affects the formation of a goal and the choice of ways to achieve it. A person who strives for success has a strong motivation to achieve". Motivated for success, the future bachelor strives to master knowledge, skills and abilities within the framework of professional competence, strives to overcome difficulties in education on the way to the set goal. It has been proven that the task of innovative teachers is to develop the cognitive motives of students, future bachelor engineers in particular, to create conditions for development and self‐development, for students to realize their needs and interests, and to master professional competence in their chosen field. It has been proven that the future bachelor engineer, motivated for success, strives to achieve high results in education and future professional activity; innovative transformations in education require a high level of theoretical knowledge and practical training from the future bachelor engineer, which contributes to the formation of his professional competence, and the motivation of achievement plays a key role in this process. For this purpose, it is advisable to use game, interactive, innovative technologies during lectures, practical and laboratory work. The teacher's familiarity with modern learning methods (especially in the conditions of distance education), their effective use have a great influence on the further professional development of the future bachelor engineer, on his motivation to achieve in the profession and in life. Prospects for further scientific research are the determination of the role of computer modeling in the professional training of future bachelor engineers.
