Анотація
У статті розкрито змістово‐процесуальні особливості міжнародного співробітництва ЄС та України у сфері професійно‐технічної освіти в умовах воєнного стану. Окреслено пріоритетні напрями міжнародної співпраці в межах проєкту EU4Skills, до яких належить модернізація інфраструктури та обладнання вибраних закладів фахової передвищої та професійної (професійно‐технічної) освіти й розробка нового змісту освітніх програм, професійний розвиток керівників та педагогічного персоналу досліджуваних закладів тощо.Наголошено на змінах, що відбулися в реалізації проєкту після запровадження воєнного стану.
The article reveals the content and procedural features of international cooperation between the EU and Ukraine in the field of vocational education and training under martial law. The priority directions of international cooperation within the EU4Skills project are outlined, which include the modernization of infrastructure and equipment of selected institutions of professional higher and vocational (vocational and technical) education and the development of new content of educational programs, professional development of managers and teaching staff of the institutions under study, etc. Emphasis is placed on the changes that took place in the implementation of the project after the introduction of martial law. The analysis of the international cooperation programs of the European Union and Ukraine in the field of vocational education and training made it possible to state that their main goal is to reform national legislation in the field under study, to develop innovative training programs for VET specialists based on the competence approach, to update the infrastructure of professional higher and vocational (vocational and technical) education, as well as professional development of managers and teachers. In the conditions of martial law, there was a certain reformatting of the content and procedural foundations of international cooperation towards the provision of support to socially vulnerable categories of the population and the transformation of VET institutions into hubs of this support, the termination of some programs in front‐line communities and in temporarily occupied territories, while the target priorities outlined above remained unchanged.
