Анотація
У статті розкрито зміст та особливості формування професійної культури майбутнього педагога в умовах закладу вищої освіти. Для вирішення поставленої мети було використано такі методи дослідження: теоретичні:аналіз педагогічної літератури, нормативних документів, матеріали періодичних видань із теми дослідження; структурно‐логічний аналіз та систематизація;зіставлення різних поглядів на проблему; узагальнення. Встановлено, що процес формування професійно культури майбутнього педагога є складним, динамічним і багатогранним процесом формування професійної позиції, професійної компетентності, педагогічної етики, педагогічної майстерності. Кінцевим результатом навчання студента повинен стати досконалий рівень сформованості професійно‐педагогічної культури. Перспективи подальших досліджень вбачаємо у визначені та обґрунтуванні педагогічних умов розвитку проєктної культури майбутніх педагогів.
The article reveals the content and features of the formation of the professional culture of a future teacher in the conditions of a higher education institution. To solve the set goal, the following research methods were used: theoretical: analysis of pedagogical literature, normative documents, materials of periodicals on the research topic; structural‐ logical analysis and systematization; comparison of different views on the problem; generalization. Professional culture, which represents the socio‐professional quality of the subject of work, is a subsystem of general culture aimed at ensuring the functioning of direct practical activity in the conditions of general and special distribution of social labor. The formation of the professional culture of the future teacher in the process of his professional training may include the formation of his general cultural (understanding of professional activity as cultural conformity and awareness of himself as a bearer of cultural models) and functional (application of knowledge and skills when solving professional tasks taking into account the norms of professional culture) literacy; professional and cultural education (flexibility of thinking, application of knowledge and skills in practical activities); professional ethics as manifestations of the highest level of development of professional culture. The problems of formation of professional culture, social and spiritual and moral development of students, disclosure of their creative potential should become fundamental in improving professional training and education of students. In this regard, in the training of a teacher of a new formation, it is necessary to pay considerable attention to the formation of his professional pedagogical culture. It was established that the process of forming the professional culture of the future teacher is a complex, dynamic and multifaceted process of forming a professional position, professional competence, pedagogical ethics, and pedagogical skills. The final result of a student's education should be a perfect level of formation of professional and pedagogical culture. We see the prospects for further research in the identified and substantiated pedagogical conditions for the development of the project culture of future teachers.
