Анотація
У статті обґрунтовано концепція формування професійно-педагогічного підприюмництва вчителів початкової школи в системі неперервної освіти. За основу авторської концепції формування професійно-педагогічного підприємництва вчителів початкової школи взято феноменологічну модель освіти, яка зосереджуються на питаннях самореалізації й самоактуалізації особистості, самосвідомості, здатності розробляти стратегії, приймати рішення і відповідати за них. Ураховуячи процеси трансформації в освітній системі під час розробки концепції, підгрунтям для формування професійно- педагогчного підприюмництва вчителя початкової школи стали ідеї гуманізації освіти, гуманістична спрямованість його професійної діяльності. Метою концепції стало обґрунтування методологічного, теоретико-педагогічного, технологічного концептів формування професійно-педагогічного підприємництва вчителів початкових класів у системі неперервної освіти.
The article substantiates the concept of formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of primary school teachers in the system of continuing education. The author's concept of formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of primary school teachers is based on the phenomenological model of education, which focuses on self-realization and self-actualization of the personality, self-awareness, ability to develop strategies, make decisions and be responsible for them. Self-realization occupies an important place in the formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of primary school teachers, because the combined properties of entrepreneurship, formed by integrating the properties of entrepreneurship as a process and the entrepreneur as its subject include: risk, strategic entrepreneurial function, self-organization and self-discipline, independent nature of behavior. The purpose of the article is to determine the conceptual basis for the formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of primary school teachers, which will determine the strategy and tactics of professional development of teachers in continuing education, because in its implementation there may be situations difficult to predict at the theoretical stage. The following research methods were used to solve the tasks, achieve the goal: theoretical: systemic-axiological, structural-comparative, structural-logical, theoretical analysis of pedagogical, fundamental-philosophical, managerial literature, materials of periodicals and scientific-metric publications on the research topic; comparing different views on the problem; generalization. Given the processes of transformation in the educational system in developing the concept, we took into account the idea of humanization of education. Accordingly, the basis for the formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of primary school teachers should be humanistic orientation of his professional activity. The purpose of the concept was to substantiate the methodological, theoretical and pedagogical, technological concepts of formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of primary school teachers in the system of continuing education. Prospects for further research will be to identify the initial guidelines of scientific research, focusing on a certain conceptual basis – methodological approaches, principles of formation of professional and pedagogical entrepreneurship of primary school teachers in continuing education.
