Анотація
Стаття присвячена використанню та перспективам розвитку компетентнісного підходу в процесі здійснення загальної мистецької (музичної) освіти школярів України та Китаю. Доведено, що в обох країнах накопичено певну кількість наукових, науково-методичних робіт і практичного досвіду щодо впровадження компетентнісного підходу у процесі загальної мистецької (музичної) освіти учнів ЗЗСО. Запропоновано шляхи модернізації чинної системи підготовки майбутніх учителів музичного мистецтва в Україні (за спеціальностями 014 Середня освіта. Музичне мистецтво; 025 Музичне мистецтво) та в Китаї (за аналогічними спеціальностями).
The article reveals peculiarities of implementation of the competence-based approach in the process of general artistic (musical) education of schoolchildren of Ukraine and China. The analysis and generalization of scientific, scientific-methodological and legislative sources of Ukraine and China on the implementation of the competence-based approach in the process of general artistic (musical) education of schoolchildren in Ukraine and China, as well as pedagogical observations, allow us to note that in both countries there are scientific, scientific-methodological works and practical experience in implementing a competencebased approach in the process of general artistic (musical) education of schoolchildren. It is found that constant trend of developed countries in the modernization of general education systems in the XXI century, carried out in the context of the competence-based approach, requires Ukraine and China to accelerate this process at all levels of national education and for all disciplines, including organization of general artistic (musical) education of schoolchildren and preparation for this of future bachelors and masters. In this context, it is necessary to significantly expand training of bachelors and masters and improve their preparedness for teaching integrated discipline “Art”, as well as to modernize the current system of training future music teachers in Ukraine (specialties 014 Secondary Education. Music; 025 Musical art) and in China (in similar specialties), namely: to modernize curricula in the specialties mentioned above by including in them: dancechoreographic, theatrical-stage training; to introduce special courses on the formation of key competences in students in the process of general artistic (musical) education and workshops on the organization of music-moving games in the classroom and during extracurricular activities; significantly update the methods and educational technologies of teaching professional (music-pedagogical) disciplines at specialized faculties in the context of the competence-based approach and on the basis of their integration with innovative productive general educational technologies spread in the world; to reorganize pedagogical practice of future bachelors in the context of the competence-based approach to teaching the subjects “Musical Art” and “Art”.
