Анотація
У статті представлено й теоретично обґрунтовано різні підходи до тлумачення поняття «готовність» у психолого-педагогічній літературі. Проаналізовано періоди розвитку готовності людини до здійснення певного виду діяльності. Розглянуто два основні підходи до трактування сутності готовності як психологічного феномену. Здійснено аналіз дефініції «готовність» як фізіологічної природи, своєрідного стану суб’єкта з впливом на загальне підвищення активності роботи головного мозку. Автором розкрито особливість готовності до професійної діяльності. Передбачено перспективу подальших досліджень проблеми формування готовності в учителів початкової школи як цілісної системи та результату педагогічного процесу.
The article presents and theoretically substantiates various approaches to the interpretation of the concept of “readiness” in the psychological and pedagogical literature. The aim of the article is to analyze the theoretical reasoning of the definition of “readiness” in pedagogy and psychology. To achieve this goal, methods of analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature were used; generalization of achievements of domestic and foreign scientists on a certain problem; systematization of the received information. After analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we can say that the issue of “readiness” of teachers, scientists have been addressed constantly. The article analyzes the periods of human readiness to carry out a certain type of activity. Two main approaches to the interpretation of the essence of readiness as a psychological phenomenon are considered. The analysis of the definition of “readiness” as a physiological nature, a peculiar state of the subject with an impact on the overall increase in the activity of the brain. The author reveals the peculiarity of readiness for professional activity. Emphasis is placed on a thorough study of the phenomenon of readiness of primary school teachers for various types of professional activities. It is noted that today it is necessary to consider the definition of “readiness” of primary school teachers to implement organizational forms of learning in the educational environment. The scientific research involves two main areas of study: on the one hand, it is the study of the characteristics of the readiness of primary school teachers, and on the other hand, the study of ways of organizing forms of learning. The perspective of further research on the problem of forming the readiness of primary school teachers as an integral system and the result of the pedagogical process is provided.
