Анотація
У статті розкрито теоретичні аспекти формування соціального здоров’я майбутніх менеджерів у процесі їх професійної підготовки. Визначено педагогічні умови формування соціального здоров’я здобувачів вищої освіти, серед яких: організація процесу навчання здобувачів вищої освіти основам знань про соціальну відповідальність, про сутність прав і обов’язків, норми і правила поведінки людини в суспільстві, цінності, про мораль і моральність, про допустимі і неприпустимі наслідки прийняття управлінських рішень, про соціальні наслідки економічного розвитку; забезпечення інтеграції навчальної та суспільно значущої діяльності здобувачів вищої освіти; створення професійно-педагогічного середовища формування соціального здоров’я майбутніх менеджерів через включення здобувачів вищої освіти в соціальне проектування і реалізацію програм освітньої діяльності закладу вищої освіти.
The article reveals the theoretical aspects of the formation of social health of future managers in the process of their professional training. The concept of “social health” and its significance for future professionals are outlined. It has been established that “social health” includes many phenomena of individual and public nature; establish the structure of social health, which has three interrelated components: cognitive, motivational and activity. It is clarified that formation of social health in future managers in the process of training can be represented as a continuous decision-making process based on three basic principles: consistency, duration, repeatability. It is found that future managers training should be focused on new trends in social and economic policy of the state, which in turn dictates the educational policy of social health of future managers in the process of their training, given the rapid changes in society and the world. The pedagogical conditions for the formation of social health of higher education seekers are determined, among which we have separated: organization of the process of teaching higher education students the basics of knowledge about social responsibility, the essence of rights and responsibilities, norms and rules of human behavior in society, values, morality , about admissible and inadmissible consequences of acceptance of administrative decisions, about social consequences of economic development; ensuring integration of educational and socially significant activities of higher education applicants; creation of a professional and pedagogical environment for the formation of social health of future managers through the inclusion of applicants for higher education in the social design and implementation of programs of educational work of the institution of higher education. In order to solve the didactic problems of the educational process for future managers, specific suggestions for the organization of training have been prepared and covered. It is concluded that the pedagogical conditions for the formation of social health of future managers in the training process is a necessity and a successful model of training future managers.
