Документ Ukrainian-Polish Academic Partnership in the Context of War and Digital Transformation: Mechanisms for Supporting the Resilience of Higher Education(Wydawnictwo Naukowe Sieć Badawcza Łukasiewicz – Instytut Technologii Eksploatacji, 2026) Семеног Олена Миколаївна; Semenoh Olena MykolaivnaThe article analyzes Ukrainian-Polish academic partnership as a mechanism for supporting the resilience of higher education in the context of war and digital transformation. The study outlines contemporary approaches to the development of international academic cooperation, academic mobility, digital education, and interdisciplinary research ecosystems within the framework of Ukraine’s European integration. The specific features of Ukrainian-Polish academic interaction are characterized as a form of academic solidarity, international scientific communication, and support for the continuity of the educational process under wartime conditions. The article presents the experience of strategic partnership between Sumy State Pedagogical University named after A. S. Makarenko and VIZJA University, which includes the implementation of Erasmus+, Jean Monnet, and Horizon Europe projects, the development of digital education, virtual mobility, intercultural interaction, student social initiatives, and international research consortia. Particular attention is paid to the projects ESPERIDTA, ROAD2EU, VISUAL-EU, ARRDE, E-MEMORIA, and REINTRUST-UA as practices for fostering academic resilience, digital culture, international academic communication, and social support in wartime conditions. It is concluded that Ukrainian-Polish academic partnership is transforming into a new model of international academic interaction based on the principles of academic solidarity, digital openness, interdisciplinarity, and shared responsibility for the post-war recovery of education and human capital in Ukraine.
