Анотація
В статті обгрунтовано сутність поняття «імідж» та його роль у забезпеченні конкурентоспроможності сучасного закладу освіти. Визначено, що імідж закладу освіти ‐ це сформований у масовій свідомості емоційно забарвлений образ, який визначається співвідношенням між різними сторонами його діяльності і транслюється в зовнішнє середовище. Наголошено, що визначальними компонентами позитивного іміджу є: комфортність середовища закладу освіти, якість освітніх послуг, позитивно сформований стиль закладу освіти, позитивний образ керівника та персоналу закладу освіти, яскрава зовнішня атрибутика тощо. Підкреслено, що важливим аспектом формування позитивної думки про заклад освіти є комплексний образ, який сприяє забезпеченню візуалізації та емоційному впливу і допомагає покращенню рейтингу на ринку освітніх послуг.
The article substantiates the essence of the concept of «image» and its role in ensuring the competitiveness of a modern educational institution. It was determined that the image of an educational institution is an emotionally colored image formed in the mass consciousness, which is determined by the rаtio between various aspects of its activity and is transmitted to the external environment. A set of methods was used: logical‐semantic ‐ to clarify the meaning of the concept of «image»; analysis and synthesis ‐ to identify the specifics of the influence of the image on the competitiveness of the educational institution, systematization and generalization ‐ to determine the structural components of the image and formulate conclusions, prognostic ‐ to identify opportunities for further study of this topic. It is emphasized that the determining components of a positive image are: the comfort of the environment of the educational institution, the quality of educational services, the positively formed style of the educational institution, the positive image of the head and staff of the educational institution, bright external attributes, etc. It is proved that the image of the leader and the image of the teaching staff consist of four components: professionalism and competence, moral reliability, humanitarian education and the ability to use pedagogical and psychological technologies. It is emphasized that an important aspect of forming a positive opinion about an educational institution is a comprehensive image (logo, school yearbook, book of reviews for parents of students and guests of the educational institution; newspaper, magazine or website, etc.), which helps to provide visualization and emotional impact and helps to improve the rating in the educational services market. It was concluded that the formation of an innovative and attractive image of an educational institution is an important component of the methodical product of the school and the management actions of the leadership and the teaching staff.
