The purpose of this article is to theoretically substantiate one of the pressing challenges in contemporary elementary education: features of Implementing Upbringing Technologies in Work with Primary School Learners. Research methods: theoretical analysis, synthesis, generalization of psychological-pedagogical and methodological literature. The results of the study may be interested to young scientists in the field of primary education. The practical significance of the study: Interactive educational technologies are increasingly assuming a leading role in the educational process of the national school system. It should be noted that in the professional practice of a modern primary school teacher, interactive technologies are represented by a set of forms, methods, and instructional tools for teaching and upbringing, united by a common goal and supported by a clearly defined selection of actions performed by the teacher and primary school pupils. Such technologies enhance pupils’ motivation to participate in learning and constitute one of the fundamental ways to implement learner-centred education. The approach is grounded in the following principles: the purpose of education is the development of a holistic personality; every child is talented; pedagogical interaction is based on humanisation and democratisation, success-oriented support, and the rejection of coercion. Interactive forms of work enable the teacher to attend to the needs of each pupil. Technology in general is a combination of well-chosen techniques, a set of problem situations, and a well-thought-out model of joint pedagogical activity to implement the educational process while ensuring the appropriate atmosphere for primary school students and the teacher, and certain psychological and pedagogical guidelines, and special educational forms, methods, and ways of working with wards, and a structured organizational and methodological toolkit, and a detailed description of the process of achieving planned goals or hypothetically expected results. Conclusions and prospects for further research: this issue is intricately connected to fostering students’ steadfast awareness of their own potential and their ability to actualize it.
