dc.description.abstractУ статті обґрунтовано педагогічні умови формування управлінської компетентності (ФУК) майбутніх керівників закладів освіти в умовах змішаного навчання (ЗН). Актуальність дослідження зумовлена сучасними трансформаційними процесами в освіті, зокрема цифровізацією, інтеграцією до європейського освітнього простору та зростанням вимог до ПП управлінських кадрів. Наголошено, що управлінська компетентність (УК) розглядається як інтегративна характеристика особистості, яка поєднує знання, уміння, навички, ціннісні орієнтації та особистісні якості, необхідні для ефективної управлінської діяльності. Проаналізовано підходи науковців до визначення сутності УК та її ролі у підвищенні якості освітнього процесу. Визначено сутність педагогічних умов як сукупності організаційно-змістових і процесуальних факторів, що забезпечують ефективність ПП. Виокремлено ключові педагогічні умови ФУК: створення інтегрованого освітнього середовища на засадах поєднання очного та дистанційного навчання; забезпечення мотиваційно-ціннісної складової ПП; використання інтерактивних і цифрових технологій; індивідуалізація та диференціація навчального процесу; рефлексивно-аналітичний супровід здобувачів освіти; міждисциплінарна інтеграція змісту ПП. Доведено, що реалізація окреслених умов сприяє активізації пізнавальної діяльності студентів, розвитку їхньої мотивації, формуванню індивідуального стилю управління, здатності до самоаналізу та прийняття обґрунтованих управлінських рішень. Особлива увага приділяється ролі цифрового освітнього середовища та технологічних умов, які забезпечують гнучкість, доступність і безперервність навчання, а також формування цифрової складової УК. З’ясовано, що інтеграція педагогічних і технологічних умов у межах ЗН створює цілісну систему ПП майбутніх керівників ЗЗСО. У результаті формується компетентний, мотивований, рефлексивний фахівець, здатний ефективно діяти в умовах освітніх змін. Окреслено перспективи подальших досліджень, які полягають у розробці моделей ФУК з урахуванням інноваційних цифрових технологій.
dc.description.abstractThis article sets out the pedagogical conditions for developing managerial competence (MC) in future educational institution leaders within a blended learning (BL) environment. The relevance of this research stems from current transformative processes in education, particularly digitalisation, integration into the European educational area, and increasing demands on the professional qualities of managerial staff. It is emphasised that managerial competence (MC) is regarded as an integrative characteristic of the individual, combining the knowledge, abilities, skills, value orientations and personal qualities necessary for effective managerial activity. The authors analyse scholars’ approaches to defining the essence of MC and its role in improving the quality of the educational process. The essence of pedagogical conditions is defined as a set of organisational, content-related and procedural factors that ensure the effectiveness of professional development. The key pedagogical conditions for distance learning have been identified: the creation of an integrated educational environment based on the combination of face-to-face and distance learning; ensuring the motivational and value-based component of the educational process; the use of interactive and digital technologies; the individualisation and differentiation of the learning process; reflective and analytical support for learners; interdisciplinary integration of the programme’s content. It has been demonstrated that the implementation of these conditions contributes to the activation of students’ cognitive activity, the development of their motivation, the formation of an individual management style, and the ability to engage in self-analysis and make informed managerial decisions. Particular attention is paid to the role of the digital educational environment and technological conditions that ensure the flexibility, accessibility and continuity of learning, as well as the formation of the digital component of educational management. It has been established that the integration of pedagogical and technological conditions within the framework of the educational process creates a holistic system of professional training for future leaders of general secondary education institutions. The result is a competent, motivated, reflective professional capable of acting effectively in the context of educational change. Prospects for further research are outlined, involving the development of models of professional competence development taking into account innovative digital technologies.
