dc.description.abstractВизначено, що органічні відходи доцільно використовувати на виробництво біогазу, що дасть наступний ефект для економіки: підвищить енергетичну незалежність громади; знизить витрати комунальних підприємств на енергоносії; покращить екологічний стан територіальної громади; знизить обсяг викидів парникових газів; забезпечить сільськогосподарських виробників органічними добривами. Обґрунтовано, що розвиток виробництва біометану на потужностях ТОВ «Іллінецький цукровий завод» дасть можливість: забезпечити інфраструктурні об’єкти м. Іллінці; створити додаткові робочі місця в територіальній громаді; забезпечити сільськогосподарських виробників громади органічним добривом в тому числі за рахунок інжекторного внесення; зменшити собівартість виробництва біометану в разі використання розробленої схеми функціонування виробничого біоенергетичного кластеру на базі цукрового заводу. Визначено, що державна підтримка галузі виробництва біопалива може сприяти його розвитку. Це може включати фінансову підтримку, податкові пільги, створення сприятливого регуляторного середовища та інші заходи, що сприяють залученню інвестицій та розвитку інфраструктури.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIt was determined that it is advisable to use organic waste for biogas production, which will have the following effect on the economy: it will increase the community's energy independence; will reduce utility companies' expenses on energy carriers; will improve the ecological condition of the territorial community; will reduce the amount of greenhouse gas emissions; will provide agricultural producers with organic fertilizers. It is substantiated that the development of biomethane production at the facilities of LLC "Illinets Sugar Factory" will provide an opportunity to: provide infrastructure facilities in the city of Illintsi; create additional jobs in the local community; to provide agricultural producers of the community with organic fertilizer, including through injection; to reduce the cost of biomethane production in the case of using the developed scheme of functioning of the production bioenergy cluster on the basis of a sugar factory. It was determined that state support for the biofuel industry can contribute to its development. This may include financial support, tax incentives, the creation of a favorable regulatory environment and other measures that promote investment and infrastructure development. In general, the development of biofuel production in Ukraine has great potential and can have a positive impact on the country's economy, ecology and energy security. To achieve these prospects, it is important to attract investments, develop innovations and provide government support. The dialectical method of learning the patterns of economic development, the systematic approach, abstract-logical and theoretical generalization in the study of literary sources and the generalization of the theoretical provisions of the study served as the methodological basis for the research. The practical part of the work is based on the works of leading domestic scientists, foreign specialists, and practitioners in the field of managing the use of bioenergy potential of rural areas. The development of the production of alternative types of fuel in Ukraine as a whole and in Illinetska TG in particular will contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and air pollution, which will have a positive effect on the health of the population and the quality of life. The use of biofuels and other alternative fuel sources will help reduce environmental pollution, improve air quality and reduce the negative impact on climate change.uk_UA
