dc.description.abstractАктуальність дослідження проблеми внутрішньо переміщених осіб та їх впливу на рівень макроекономічної безпеки країни обумовлена необхідністю зміцнення економічної безпеки України в умовах воєнного стану та пошуку шляхів модернізації ринку праці та підвищення його ефективності в процесі розбудови країни після перемоги. Військова агресія проти України та її економіки, призвела до тяжких, а іноді і незворотних наслідків: певна частина виробничих потужностей та інфраструктури зруйнована, поява величезної кількості внутрішньо переміщених з окупованих територій осіб, скорочення обсягів виробництва та реалізації в кожній галузі, зменшення експорту, відтік трудових ресурсів через виїзд за кордон та мобілізацію та багато інших обставин. Разом це призвело до зниження макроекономічної складової та економічної безпеки в цілому. В статті аналізується проблема внутрішньо переміщених осіб, причини їх появи та наслідки для економічної безпеки економіки країни, розглядаються шляхи залучення їх до активної участі на ринку праці, мінімізація ризиків для економіки. Внутрішньо переміщеними особами (далі – ВПО) визнаються особи, які залишили своє помешкання, рятуючись від небезпеки, які не перетнули державний кордон, а залишились на території рідної країни в безпечному регіоні. Підтвердженням статусу ВПО є довідка про взяття на облік внутрішньо переміщеної особи. Економічна самостійність внутрішньо-переміщених осіб є потужним фактором впливу на рівень макроекономічної безпеки.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe relevance of the study of the problem of internally displaced persons and their impact on the level of macroeconomic security of the country is due to the need to strengthen the economic security of Ukraine in the conditions of martial law and to find ways to modernize the labor market and increase its efficiency in the process of building the country after the victory. Ukraine and its economy, having become the object of a military attack, which continues to this day, received irreversible consequences: destroyed production facilities, destroyed infrastructure, a huge number of internally displaced persons from the occupied territories, a reduction in the volume of production and sales in every industry, a decrease in export, an outflow of labor resources due to going abroad, mobilization and many other circumstances, which led to a decrease in the macroeconomic component and economic security in general. The article analyzes the problem of internally displaced persons, the reasons for their appearance and consequences for the economic security of the country's economy, considers ways of involving them in active participation in the labor market, minimizing risks for the economy. Internally displaced persons are persons who have left their homes to escape danger, who have not crossed the state border, but have remained on the territory of their native country in a safe region. Confirmation of internally displaced persons status is a certificate of registration of an internally displaced person. The use of the material presented in the article will allow for a more thorough and deeper analysis of labor market`s situation in Ukraine, role of internally displaced persons on it and making strategic forecast for solving problem of internally displaced persons and increasing macroeconomic security. Overcoming the problems of internally displaced persons depends not only on help and support, but also on creating conditions for showing one's own activity to rebuild one's life. The economic independence of internally displaced persons has a significant impact on the economic security of the country.uk_UA
