Анотація
У статті розкрито концептуальні та практичні засади побудови інтегрованої моделі антикризового управління фінансовою стійкістю аграрних підприємств. Запропонована модель ґрунтується на принципах системності, комплексності й інноваційності, поєднує класичні та сучасні підходи до ідентифікації та оцінювання ризиків, а також впровадження цифрових інструментів для оперативного прийняття управлінських рішень. Детально охарактеризовано структуру моделі, визначено етапи її впровадження: від діагностики до коригування дій. Розкрито значення використання показників ліквідності, фінансової стійкості та грошових потоків, що дозволяє підвищити точність оцінки фінансового стану підприємства. Визначено соціальну, економічну та екологічну цінність впровадження моделі. Зроблено висновок щодо необхідності подальшого розвитку цифрових рішень для зміцнення фінансової стійкості аграрного сектора.
The article presents a comprehensive framework for developing an integrated anti-crisis management model of financial stability in agricultural enterprises. The relevance of the study is determined by the escalating impact of war, economic, market, and climate risks that challenge the viability and resilience of the Ukrainian agrarian sector. The model is based on systematicity, complexity, proactivity, and innovation principles, combining classical and modern risk management approaches. Special emphasis is placed on integrating digital technologies -business intelligence systems, IoT sensors, and machine learning tools - which enhance monitoring and decision accuracy under uncertainty. The model includes interconnected stages: diagnostics and risk identification, quantitative and qualitative risk assessment, strategic planning and scenario modeling, implementation of anti-crisis measures, and continuous monitoring with corrections. The study describes key liquidity, solvency, and cash flow indicators critical for evaluating agricultural businesses' financial state given industry seasonality and volatility. Research findings demonstrate that effective integrated anti-crisis management results in measurable operational efficiency improvements, showing reduced losses during crises and enhanced response speed to threats. Digital transformation delivers substantial benefits, including resource optimization, and enhanced decision-making through real-time analytics. Implementation provides economic benefits -reduced losses, increased crisis reaction speed, improved forecasting - plus social and environmental gains including sustainable development and transparency. Practical results indicate agricultural enterprises utilizing comprehensive frameworks achieve higher financial stability an. The article concludes with recommendations for further advancing digital transformation in agricultural anti-crisis financial management to strengthen the overall stability and competitiveness of the sector in the face of multifaceted uncertainty.
