Анотація
У статті досліджуються сучасні форми інтеграції сільськогосподарських товаровиробників в аграрному секторі України. Автори розглядають теоретичні засади агропромислової інтеграції, систематизують форми інтеграційних структур та оцінюють їх ефективність. Основні результати дослідження показують, що найвищу ефективність використання ресурсів демонструють агрохолдинги та кластери, тоді як сільськогосподарські кооперативи показують середній рівень, а асоціації виробників - найнижчий. У роботі визначено критерії вибору форми інтеграції для сільськогосподарських товаровиробників залежно від їх розміру, наявних фінансових ресурсів, цілей інтеграції та готовності до втрати самостійності. Автори виявили основні проблеми інтеграційних процесів, зокрема обмежені фінансові можливості підприємств, недосконалу нормативно-правову базу та низький рівень довіри між потенційними учасниками об'єднань. Запропоновано напрями вдосконалення механізмів інтеграції через модернізацію законодавчої бази, створення сприятливого інституційного середовища та розвиток цифрової інфраструктури. Особлива увага приділяється перспективам трансформації інтеграційних структур під впливом цифровізації та переходу до засад сталого розвитку.
The article examines the theoretical and methodological foundations and practical aspects of the formation and development of modern forms of integration of agricultural producers in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The relevance of the study is due to increased competition in the agricultural market, complicated access of small and medium-sized producers to resources and markets, which requires the search for effective forms of integration to consolidate resources and strengthen the market position of agricultural producers. The purpose of the study is to provide a comprehensive analysis of modern forms of integration of agricultural producers, identify the factors of their formation and substantiate the directions of further development of integration processes in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the study of economic phenomena, as well as general scientific and special methods: abstract and logical (in the formation of theoretical generalizations), comparative analysis (in assessing the effectiveness of various forms of integration), statistical and economic (in analyzing the performance of integrated structures), monographic (in studying the features of the functioning of various forms of integration). Based on the study, it was found that the highest efficiency of resource use is demonstrated by agroholdings (80-90%) and clusters (75-85%), which is explained by their significant financial capabilities, economies of scale and synergies from the association. The criteria for choosing the form of integration for agricultural producers are systematized, taking into account the size of the enterprise, available financial resources, integration goals, readiness to lose independence, payback period, complexity of entry and the need for management resources. The key problems of the development of integration processes are identified, including: limited financial capabilities of enterprises, imperfect regulatory framework, low level of trust between potential participants of associations, technological backwardness and weak infrastructure of rural areas. The author suggests ways to improve integration mechanisms through modernization of the legislative framework, creation of a favorable institutional environment, development of digital infrastructure and introduction of a differentiated system of state support for different forms of integration structures. The practical value of the study lies in the development of methodological recommendations for choosing the optimal form of integration for agricultural producers and the formulation of proposals for improving the mechanisms of state support for integration processes in the agricultural sector of Ukraine. The results of the study can be used in the development of strategies for the development of agricultural enterprises, the formation of sectoral programs to support integration processes and the improvement of the regulatory framework for regulating the activities of integrated structures in the agricultural sector.
