dc.description.abstractУ статті здійснено комплексний аналіз перспектив інтеграції віртуальних активів в управлінську практику агропідприємств України. В умовах, коли традиційні інструменти фінансування демонструють обмеженість через високі ставки та жорсткі вимоги до застави, Fintech-інновації розглядаються як стратегічний інструмент розвитку. Проведено класифікацію та аналіз функціональних можливостей віртуальних активів. Детально вивчаються механізми токенізації активів (сировинних товарів, майбутнього врожаю) для підвищення ліквідності, використання стейблкоїнів для миттєвих і дешевих транскордонних розрахунків, а також потенціал платформ агро-краудфандингу та Р2Р-кредитування. Окрему увагу приділено параметричному страхуванню, що забезпечує автоматичні виплати на основі об'єктивних тригерів, як-от погодні дані. Проаналізовано готовність українського регуляторного середовища у порівнянні з регламентом ЄС MiCA.
dc.description.abstractThe study is dedicated to addressing the strategic challenges facing Ukraine's agro-industrial complex. The paper's topicality is driven by the demonstrated inadequacy of the traditional financial system to meet the sector's urgent capital requirements and mitigate unprecedented risks. This situation creates a critical impetus for the exploration and adoption of innovative financial technologies (Fintech) and virtual assets as indispensable tools for ensuring the resilience, recovery, and competitive development of agricultural enterprises. The purpose of this work is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the prospects, risks, and regulatory hurdles associated with the systemic integration of virtual assets into the strategic, operational, and financial planning of Ukrainian agricultural companies, thereby identifying pathways to enhance their sustainability and competitiveness. The research methodology is grounded in a comprehensive analysis that involves the classification of virtual assets and related financial innovations applicable to agribusiness. This allows for the development of a structured view on how a synergistic "Agro-Fintech stack" can be formed and implemented within the specific context of Ukraine's wartime and post-war economy. The study's results reveal that a diverse array of Fintech instruments collectively form a powerful toolkit capable of addressing key challenges in financing and risk management. However, the primary finding is that the practical implementation of this potential is critically hampered by significant legal and regulatory uncertainty. The practical significance of the research lies in its formulation of a strategic framework for integrating an "Agro-Fintech stack" into the business models of agricultural enterprises. For business practitioners, the article serves as a foundational guide to understanding and strategically planning for the adoption of virtual assets to enhance operational efficiency, attract alternative financing, and secure a competitive advantage in a volatile environment. The conclusions outline a clear roadmap for transforming the agricultural sector through technological innovation, contingent upon the creation of a supportive and predictable regulatory environment.
