dc.description.abstractУ статті проаналізовано рівень смертності, первинної захворюваності та поширеності хвороб системи кровообігу серед мешканців адміністративних одиниць Сумської області. У структурі даного нозокласу як за первинною захворюваністю, так і поширеністю хвороб на першому місці знаходяться ішемічні хвороби серця, на другому – цереброваскулярні хвороби, третє місце посідають інсульти, далі йдуть інсульти з гіпертонічною хворобою, на п’ятому місці – інфаркт міокарда. Для встановлення географічних відмінностей первинної захворюваності та поширеності хвороб системи кровообігу, а також їх ролі у структурі причин смертності населення, було здійснено рангування та групування адміністративних одиниць регіону за даними показниками. Окремо проаналізовано нозологічну структуру хвороб системи кровообігу та встановлено райони з найбільш несприятливою ситуацією за кожною з них. За такою ж методикою окремо проаналізовано первину захворюваність, поширеність та смертність від хвороб системи кровообігу населення працездатного населення. Побудовані спектральні карти територіальної диференціації первинної захворюваності, поширеності хвороб та смертності від хвороб системи кровообігу у 2018 р. для цих груп населення Сумської області.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractCirculatory system diseases are the most common nosological form in the morbidity structure of the population of Sumy region. The prevalence of this nosoclass of diseases during 2008-2018 increased by 17.8%. In this study, the geographical and statistical indicators of the following nosoforms of circulatory system diseases were studied: coronary heart disease, acute myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular disease, strokes and strokes with hypertension. After statistical processing of the data, grouping and ranking procedures were applied to establish the geographical features of mortality rates, primary morbidity and prevalence of circulatory system diseases among inhabitants of the administrative units of Sumy region. Administrative units were divided into 5 groups, each of which was assigned a rank from 1 to 5, where rank 1 corresponded to the worst indicators (highest primary morbidity, high prevalence and mortality from diseases of the circulatory system), and rank 5 - areas with the lowest (best) indicators. All calculations, computation and graphical constructions obtained using the capabilities of the computer program Microsoft Excel 2010. In the structure of diseases of the circulatory system, both in the primary morbidity and in the prevalence of diseases, ischemic heart diseases are in the first place, cerebrovascular diseases in the second, strokes take the third place, followed by strokes with hypertension, in fifth place – myocardial infarction. The highest level of primary morbidity is recorded in the Lypova Dolyna, Romny, Nedryhailiv, Krolevets and Okhtyrka districts. The Lypova Dolyna district is particularly notable, which is characterized by high level of primary morbidity of coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases and strokes, here recorded high level incidence inhabitants of strokes with hypertension. According to the prevalence of diseases of the circulatory system among inhabitants, the group of leaders includes the Romny, Nedryhailiv, Lypova Dolyna and Lebedyn districts. Here recorded high or high prevalence rates of strokes, strokes with hypertension, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction. The study found that overall mortality is correlated with primary morbidity and prevalence of disease. Districts with high mortality rates for all population groups from diseases of the circulatory system include Lebedyn, Nedryhailiv, Romny, Lypova Dolyna and Buryn‟ districts. In terms of primary morbidity of the working-age population by circulatory system diseases Sumy, Krolevets, Seredyna-Buda, Bilopillia and Buryn‟ districts are stand out. Bilopillia, Krolevets, Romny, Buryn‟ districts and the city of Sumy have are the highest rates of prevalence of the circulatory system diseases among the population. The highest mortality rate among the working-age population from diseases of the circulatory system was in the Putyvl‟, Trostianets, Buryn‟, Velyka Pysarivka and Krasnopillia districts. They also have high or high mortality rates both from diseases of the circulatory system as a whole, and separately from coronary heart disease, cerebrovascular diseases and strokes. The results of this work can form the basis for further research on the regional characteristics mortality of the populations. They are also the basis for predicting the mortality level from cardiovascular diseases of the population of Sumy region.uk_UA
