dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто використання цифрових технологій для оптимізації управління розвитком бізнесу. Цифрові технології, які активно інтегруються у бізнес-процеси, забезпечують нові можливості для ефективного управління, покращення операційної діяльності та стратегічного планування. У сучасних умовах цифрова трансформація стала необхідністю для підприємств, які прагнуть залишатися конкурентоспроможними на ринку. Охарактеризовано основні цифрові технології, які впливають на управління розвитком бізнесу. Описано конкретні приклади успішного застосування цифрових технологій у різних галузях бізнесу. Проаналізовано вплив цифрових технологій на бізнес-моделі підприємств. Зазначено, що цифрова трансформація не лише оптимізує існуючі процеси, але й створює нові можливості для розвитку бізнесу. Запропоновано рекомендації для успішного впровадження цифрових технологій у управління розвитком бізнесу. Особливо підкреслено важливість інноваційної культури в компанії, яка стимулює працівників до впровадження нових технологій та процесів.
dc.description.abstractThis article examines the use of digital technologies for optimizing business development management. Digital technologies, which are actively integrated into business processes, provide new opportunities for effective management, operational improvements, and strategic planning. In modern conditions, digital transformation has become a necessity for companies striving to remain competitive in the market. The main digital technologies that impact business development management include Big Data, Artificial Intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), blockchain, cloud computing, and data analytics. Each of these technologies offers unique capabilities that enable businesses to optimize different aspects of their operations. Big Data involves the collection and analysis of vast amounts of data to derive actionable insights. The Internet of Things (IoT) connects physical devices to the internet, allowing them to communicate and share data. Cloud computing allows businesses to store and process data on remote servers, reducing the need for on-premises IT infrastructureThe successful integration of digital technologies in various sectors demonstrates their transformative potential. Digital transformation is reshaping traditional business models and creating new avenues for growth. By adopting digital technologies, companies can not only optimize existing processes but also develop innovative products and services. Digital platforms enable businesses to reach a wider audience and create new revenue streamsThe organizational structure should be flexible enough to accommodate digital transformation. The use of digital technologies for optimizing business development management is a key factor for success in today's competitive market. The recommendations proposed in this article can be useful for managers and leaders seeking to implement digital transformation in their organizations.
