Анотація
У статті характеризуються різні підходи до тлумачення поняття «професійна мобільність», уточнено сутність поняття «професійної мобільності майбутніх учителів», яке визначено як інтегративну, динамічну особистісну якість, що передбачає внутрішню свободу, здатність самостійно знаходити шляхи вирішення конкретних дидактичних завдань, виявляти нетрадиційне мислення; якість, що базується на стійких цінностях та потребі у саморозвиткові, здатності швидко реагувати на зміни в соціумі завдяки власній професійній компетентності, здатності швидко адаптуватися до реальних життєвих ситуацій.
The article describes the requirements that society puts forward for future teachers. These are the following requirements: the need to respond to modern challenges, the need to make and implement non‐standard decisions in a situation of market competition, the need to adapt to changing conditions, readiness to constantly update their knowledge. This requires professional mobility from future teachers. The article proves that mobility in the pedagogical field is a special quality of the individual. It develops in the process of education and upbringing; it has an important influence on the professionalism of the future specialist. During the formation of professional mobility of future students, it is necessary to take into account the specifics of their future professional activity. The following circumstances are of great importance in the process of formation of professional mobility of an individual: the influence of social and economic crises on the formation of a future teacher; modernization of the higher education system; introduction of modern information technologies, availability of a stock of knowledge; clear awareness of one's professional duties. The article proves that professional mobility in the pedagogical field has specific features. These features are related to the specifics of professional activity. They are manifested at the level of personal qualities (purposefulness, openness to change, perseverance, ability to self‐ discovery, independence, self‐criticism), at the level of activity characteristics (adaptability, flexibility, ability to predict, achieve success, creativity), at the level of processes of professional development, self‐improvement (readiness for changes, adequate ideas about one's capabilities, prediction of possible results).
