dc.description.abstractУ статті визначено ознаки сучасного харизматичного лідера. Доведено, що ключове значення розвитку духовних здібностей зумовлює великий статус самовиховання як засобу формування самосвідомості такої особистості. Автором запропоновано логічне визначення поняття «солоквіум» («внутрішній монолог») як засобу самовиховання. На основі аналізу творів виховного характеру Сенеки, Марка Аврелія, Григорія Сковороди надано характеристику окремих ознак «солоквіуму». Виявлено, що виховний ефект «внутрішнього монологу» досягається шляхом «розімкненості у життя» – зв’язку внутрішніх пізнавальних імпульсів із реальним світом.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractIdentification and education of the charismatic leader is an important scientific task. Self-education is an effective way of formation of such a person . Problems of self-knowledge explores the days of Ancient Greece. The modern domestic self-study problems associated with ideas of pedagogy of cooperation. In particular, the proposed innovation model, which is based on the cooperation of the teacher and the student. Some researchers consider it possible to use a synergistic approach to the study of problems of self-education. However, the process of self-education is not investigated in full. The inner monologue as a means of self- studied only in a philosophical context. Purpose of the article – to characterize solokvium (inner monologue) as a means of self-charismatic leader. In the life of the charismatic leader is primarily concerned with spirituality. It is this area requires its development in the process of self-education. An effective way of self is the inner monologue that ancient philosophers called solokvium. A logical definition of this concept is as follows. Solokvium – a way of self-identity , which is in the form of cognitive monologue. Solokvium used the ancient philosophers, in particular – Seneca, Marcus Aurelius. Also, this method has been applied self-Ukrainian educators Gregory Skovoroda and Pamfiil Yurkevich. The main feature of solokvium – link internal cognitive pulses with real life. Solokvium – it is an internal conversation with the images of the student spiritually close to the people. This method is essentially an internal dialogue. Also used solokvium spectacular antithesis, the transition from a living example to the pathetic declamation, communication everyday realities with deep spiritual intentions. The subject of further research – a complete characterization solokvium, creating the conditions for teaching and self-identification of a charismatic leader.uk_UA
