Анотація
У статті досліджено синергетичний вплив зеленої економіки та цифровізації як ключових векторів структурної трансформації економіки України в умовах постіндустріальної еволюції та глобальної екологічної реструктуризації. Визначено, що зелена парадигма розглядається як концептуальна платформа екомодернізації виробництва, спрямованої на мінімізацію екстерналій, декарбонізацію та ресайклінг-орієнтовану реконфігурацію виробничих ланцюгів. З’ясовано, що цифрова трансформація ідентифікується як системоутворювальний імпульс для інституційної реінжиніризації, інтелектуалізації управлінських механізмів та активізації інформаційно-обчислювального капіталу. Запропоновано концептуальну модель взаємопроникнення екологічних та цифрових детермінант у структурну морфологію національної економіки, що ґрунтується на принципах адаптивної рефлексивності та технологічного циклізму. Обґрунтовано, що інтеграція зелених технологій із цифровими платформами здатна стати ключовим акселератором переходу до інноваційно-ресурсоефективної економіки та забезпечити проривну динаміку структурної модернізації в умовах геоекономічної турбулентності.
The purpose of the article is to identify and scientifically substantiate the synergistic potential of the green economy and digitalization as complementary determinants of the structural transformation of the Ukrainian economy in the context of forming an innovative and adaptive model of sustainable development of the national economic system. The methodological basis of the study is a functional combination of ecological and economic modeling, structural and functional analysis of transformation processes and elements of conceptual reconfiguration of economic systems. Methods of system generalization, content analysis of regulatory and legal acts, as well as digital analytics tools were used to identify trends in the integration of the green economy into digitalized production and economic circuits. A comparative analysis of international experience in the transformation of economic systems in the context of eco-digital transformations was applied. The article explores the synergistic impact of the green economy and digitalization as key vectors of structural transformation of the Ukrainian economy in the context of post-industrial evolution and global ecological restructuring. It is determined that the green paradigm is considered as a conceptual platform for eco-modernization of production aimed at minimizing externalities, decarbonization and recycling-oriented reconfiguration of production chains. It is found that digital transformation is identified as a system-forming impulse for institutional reengineering, intellectualization of management mechanisms and activation of information and computing capital. It is substantiated that the integration of green technologies with digital platforms can become a key accelerator of the transition to an innovative and resource-efficient economy and provide breakthrough dynamics of structural modernization in conditions of geoeconomic turbulence. A conceptual model of the interpenetration of environmental and digital determinants into the structural morphology of the national economy is proposed, based on the principles of adaptive reflexivity and technological cycling.
