dc.description.abstractДану статтю присвячено визначенню особливостей дослідницько-інноваційної підготовки докторів філософії шляхом анкетування науково-педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти України. Проведене пошукове дослідження дозволило оцінити сучасний стан підготовки до дослідницько-інноваційної діяльності як аспірантів, так і самих науковців, виявити основні труднощі, з якими вони стикаються у процесі її реалізації, а також скласти рейтинг найбільш важливих навчальних модулів, які доцільно включити до навчальних планів, та форм і методів навчання, які, на думку респондентів, дозволять підвищити ефективність дослідницько-інноваційної підготовки здобувачів третього рівня вищої освіти під час їхнього навчання в аспірантурі.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis article outlines the peculiarities of the research and innovation training of the PhD by questioning the scientific and pedagogical workers of Ukranian institutions of higher education. A research study showed that most a scientists (91,60 %) consider innovative research activities to be an important part of the professional future of the doctor of philosophy. The current state of innovative research training for postgraduate students was estimated by the respondents at 3,39 points (average for the 5-point scale), and their own level – 3,95 points. The main difficulties of scientists in realizing innovative research activities are the lack of time (62,1 % of respondents), insufficient experience in writing projects, processing applications, signing contracts (47,9 %), and a low level of fluency in foreign languages (46,2 %). Scientists consider the most useful training modules for post-graduate students: Methodology of Scientific Research, Foreign Language, Academic Writing and Academic Integrity, Information and Communication Technologies in Scientific Research, Innovation Basics, Academic Mobility, Project wraiting. In addition, they offer Statistical Methods, Pedagogy and Psychology of higher school, Oratory, Modern Communication Basics, Professional Ethics are important also. Among the most effective forms and methods of innovative research training for future PhD, scientific and pedagogical workers distinguish: participation in the preparation of scientific publications in international peer-reviewed publications; participation in scientific conferences; internship in leading domestic and foreign scientific centers; participation in realization of research, educational, social projects. In addition, scientists highlight the importance of the following activitites: management of scientific research and organization and conduct of scientific events for students of schools, bachelors and masters, reviewing scientific articles, preparing reviews for abstracts of dissertations, etc. The conducted exploratory research allowed to clarify the content, forms and methods of innovative research training of doctors of philosophy. Its results will be used in developing the model of this training.uk_UA
