dc.description.abstractУ статті розкрито сутність інноваційної культури як складової загальної культури особистості та підтверджено її значення в розвитку інноваційної діяльності вчителя. Розгляд інноваційної культури здійснений на основі аксіологічного та структурно-функціонального підходів. Визначено основні завдання інноваційної культури в системі інноваційної діяльності вчителя. Розглянуто основні функції інноваційної культури. Схарактеризовано професійні й особистісні якості, якими має володіти педагог, якому властива розвинена інноваційна культура. Схарактеризовано основні структурні компоненти інноваційної культури, визначено їх роль у професійному становленні вчителя.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThe article is devoted to the problem of teacher’s innovative culture. The essence of innovation culture is reviewed, as part of the human’s general culture, the characteristics and features of teacher’s innovative culture is found. Theoretical analysis of actual researches of the problem is done, views of various scholars on the concept of teacher’s innovative culture is analyzed, and it’s role in the professional development of teachers is determined. On the basis of the theoretical analysis of the scientific literature is found phenomenon «culture» as multivalued and characterized by complexity and multidimensionality. It is determined that teacher’s innovative culture, as a professional phenomenon, is implemented at two levels: at individual and professional, peculiarities of the innovative culture are manifestated at each level. The essence of the main components of the innovative culture is revealed: axiological, innovative-technological, cooperative, active, communicative and personal-creative, each component, mentioned above, is characterized, their features and tasks are determined. Review of innovative culture is done using axiological, structural and functional approaches. By using the first, this culture is considered as a system of values of society’s innovational development at a given period, by the second – as a system of material and ideal items, which is reflected in the minds and behavior of the individual, in the union with their real functioning. The main task of innovative culture in the teachers’ innovative system is determined. The basic function of an innovative culture includes the following: cognitive-converting, regulative, value-normative, communicative, socializative, predictive and integrative. The article confirms the importance of innovative culture in the development of teacher’s innovative activity. Author examined the professional and personal qualities that should have a teacher, which is characterized by well-developed innovative culture. The main features and structural components of teacher’s innovative culture are determined.uk_UA
