dc.description.abstractУ статті досліджуються основні індекси цифрової економіки та позиціонування Республіки Кореї в них, які є індикаторами для оцінки рівня цифрової зрілості, розвитку цифрової інфраструктури та рівня інтеграції ІКТ в парадигмі забезпечення цифрової конкурентоспроможності. Станом на 2020 рік, беззаперечним лідером, згідно проаналізованих індексів цифрової економіки, стали США, тоді як Республіка Корея позиціонує себе в десятці країн-лідерів. Аналіз індексів цифрової економіки надає підстави стверджувати, що цифрове лідерство отримали високорозвинуті країни з відповідною цифровою інфраструктурою, які мають інтегровані моделі економіко-технологічного розвитку, що підкріплено технологічним виробництвом з високою доданою вартістю. Доведено, що цифровізація глобальної економіки надала суттєвий поштовх для використання ІКТ, де безконтактна форма ведення господарських зв’язків стала нормою та беззаперечним фактором економічного зростання для групи країн цифрових-лідерів.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis article examines the main indices of the digital economy and positioning of Republic of Korea in them, which are the indicators for the evaluation of the digital maturity, digital infrastructure development, ICT integration level in the paradigm of the digital competitiveness providing. As to the 2020 year, The United States of America is the undisputed leader in the researched digital economy indices, and the Republic of Korea rankings among top 10 state-leaders. Analysis of the digital economy indices provides the grounds that the digital leadership got the high-developed states with the appropriate digital infrastructure, which have the integrated economy-technological models of their development, supported by the technological manufacturing of the high value-added products. It has been proven, that the digitalization of the global economy gave the strong push for the ICT using, where the contactless form of the business activity became the norm and undisputed factor of the economy growth for group of the digital-leader countries. Nowadays, there are a lot of different digital economy indices, which have been created by the different International Organizations, Banks, Transnational corporations and research institutes. Calculating the digital indices, the researches include data of the main components of the digital economy: digital infrastructure, ICT, human capital, financial resources, investing in the digital spheres, high education, business environment and the government policy. Each digital index takes into consideration the essence of economic model of the country, strategic vision of the economy development, the level of local governments digitalization, consideration of the national identity and value system of the researched economies. Due to the results of our research, we could say that the most leading countries, provide an efective regulatory framework, which enables the integration of ICT into different spheres of the economies. In addition to global digital rankings, other rankings are provided to show comparisons based on diferent perspectives.uk_UA
