dc.description.abstractУ статті розглянуто результати дослідно-експериментальної роботи щодо реалізації структурної моделі формування професійної адаптивності в майбутніх економістів у процесі підготовки у вищих навчальних закладах I–II рівнів акредитації. Докладно обґрунтовано заходи щодо організації відповідних педагогічних умов: індивідуалізація освітнього процесу за рахунок обліку індивідуальних особливостей кожного студента в гетерогенних групах; забезпечення багатоаспектної полікультурної взаємодії; робота «школи передового економічного досвіду» з навчанням прийомам психічної саморегуляції.uk_UA
dc.description.abstractThis article describes the results of experimental work on the implementation of the structural model formation of the professional adaptability among future economists in the process of training in higher educational institutions of I-II accreditation levels. The reasonable arrangements for appropriate pedagogical conditions: individualization of the educational process which takes into account the individual characteristics of each student in heterogeneous groups, providing a multifaceted polycultural interaction, the work of «school of advanced economic experience» with the training methods of psychic self-regulation are detailed in the article. The content of the experimental structural model formation of the professional adaptability among future economists in the process of training in higher educational institutions of I-II accreditation levels is caused by certain pedagogical conditions of formation of adaptability of future economists to ensure the success of the process of training future economists. The general model reflects the idea of the process, subsystems which are components of professional adaptability. According to the first condition the course «Fundamentals of Education and Psychology» is studied for the second year in a series of «public humanities». The implementation of the second pedagogical condition «Providing multi-dimensional polycultural interaction» was held during the second forming module of experimental model for the study as a subject «The Principles of Economics». The implementation of the third pedagogical condition «The school of advanced economic experience» with the training methods of psychic self-regulation «was held during the third module of the experimental model for the study of soil as a subject «Introduction to the profession». This model consists of three blocks-modules: theoretical motivation (the first unit), forming (the second unit), practical (the third unit), the essence of which is determined by the characteristics of pedagogical conditions undertaken in accordance with each unit. All modules are specified: 1) the purpose, 2) the task, 3) the principles of realization, 4) the features of designing, 5) the control-result. The results of the final diagnostics carried out on Rating Scale of levels formation of professional adaptability of the students demonstrate a high level of efficiency experimentally proved measures in the process of specified adaptation of future economists, confirm the effectiveness of work pursued by the author.uk_UA
