Анотація
У статті розкрито поняття «компетентність», схарактеризовано роль вихователя в сучасному освітньому просторі закладу дошкільної освіти. З’ясовано особливості формування позитивного іміджу ЗДО, вплив ефективної взаємодії вихователя і вихованців на засвоєння знань та формування відповідних компетентностей у дітей дошкільного віку. Обґрунтовано особливості професіоналізму вихователя, рівні розвитку його фахової компетентності як необхідної умови позитивного іміджу ЗДО. Під час написання використано такі методи дослідження: описовий, узагальнення, теоретичний аналіз психолого -педагогічної та методичної літератури.
The concept of "competence" was described in the article and the role of the educator in the modern educational space of the preschool institution education was characterized in it. The peculiarities of the formation of a positive image of the PEI, its influence, have been clarified effective interaction between the teacher and the pupils for the assimilation of knowledge and formation of relevant competencies in preschool children. A modern educator is a versatile person. He must possess an arsenal of means with which he conveys his experience, basic ideas about the surrounding world for preschool children. These tools are always individual and unique. Currently, the main task of education in the light of modern European standards is not just the transfer of knowledge, but the formation of abilities apply them to solve practical problems based on values human orientation. In order to effectively implement the assigned tasks, to educate children's cognitive interest, the teacher must possess professional competences that will allow properly to organize the educational process in the modern PEI. This includes the ability interact with other teaching staff, organization of work with by parents, monitoring and evaluation of the results of educational activities preschoolers, use of innovative technologies, as well as adaptation to changes in the modern educational environment. The article focuses on the fact that in the structure of professional competence of future teachers of preschool education institutions is distinguished several components: psychological, theoretical, technological, effective by scientists.
