Анотація
Авторкою досліджено сутність світової економіки, основні тенденцій у розвитку. Проаналізовано сучасні можливості, виклики й загрози, співпраця й торговельні взаємовідносини. Обумовлено основні тенденції розвитку світової економіки, визначено уповільнення темпів економічного розвитку, глобальної співпраці, високий рівень залежності від геополітики, недооцінка ризиків та недостатня здатність до компромісу між учасниками. Визначено основні пріоритети сучасної торговельної політики, обумовлено можливі ризики. Авторкою обумовлено пріоритетність реалізації спільних проєктів, впровадження технологічних рішень, потребу у трансформації форм взаємодії з огляду на погіршення ситуації та рівня безпеки. Узагальнено основні пріоритети розвитку світової економіки через трансформацію формату співпраці між учасниками. Авторкою доповнено сутність поняття «стратегічне партнерство» та обумовлено потребу у використанні різних інструментів взаємодії з метою відродження співпраці між учасниками. Стратегічне партнерство може виступати інструментом розширення сфер взаємодії та забезпечення розвитку сфер й галузей економіки.
The author examines the essence of the global economy and the main trends in its development, analyses current opportunities, challenges and threats, cooperation and trade relations. The main trends in the development of the global economy are discussed, taking into account the results of the World Economic Forum, and a slowdown in economic development, global cooperation and a high level of dependence on geopolitics, underestimation of risks and insufficient ability to compromise between participants are identified. The main priorities of modern trade policy are identified and the possible risks of a change in the US position in cooperation with other participants in the global market are discussed. It is argued that global security is at a crisis point, with the highest number of conflicts and slow economic development. It is proven that the moderate growth of the global economy is due to the consequences of previous crises, geopolitical instability and trade conflicts. The intensification of trade disputes, political uncertainty, and the deterioration of global cooperation between participants affect global demand, slow down trade, and limit trade markets, investment opportunities, and the development of logistics infrastructure. The author emphasises the priority of implementing joint projects and technological solutions, as well as the need to transform forms of interaction in view of the deteriorating situation and security level. The main priorities for the development of the global economy through the transformation of the format of cooperation between participants and the regulation of trade relations are summarised. The author supplements the essence of the concept of ‘strategic partnership’ and emphasizes the need to use various tools of interaction in order to revive cooperation between participants. Underestimating risks, lack of trust between participants and diplomacy, and joint compromise decisions can lead to significant negative consequences at the global level. Strategic partnership can be a tool for expanding areas of interaction and ensuring the development of economic sectors and industries.
