Анотація
Навчальний посібник розкриває поняття корпоративного управління, зокрема, питання функціонування та діяльності акціонерних товариств. У посібнику розкрито роль господарських товариств як об‟єктів управління. Наведено особливості моделей корпоративного управління та подано інформацію про інтеграційні форми організації корпорацій. Цей навчальний посібник рекомендується для студентів денної та заочної форм навчання спеціальності D3 «Менеджмент» ОПП «Менеджмент освіти». Тести в кінці посібника дозволять проконтролювати ступінь засвоєння знань.
The textbook reveals the concept of corporate governance, in particular, the issues of functioning and activities of joint-stock companies. It highlights the role of business entities as objects of management. The manual outlines the features of corporate governance models and provides information on integrative forms of corporate organization. This textbook is recommended for full-time and part-time students of the specialty D3 “Management", educational program “Education Management". The tests at the end of the textbook allow students to monitor the level of knowledge acquisition.
