dc.description.abstractАктуальність дослідження зумовлюється глобальною екологічною кризою, яка в умовах України має тенденцію до неухильного зростання. На теренах нашої держави війна нищить екосистеми вже 10 років. Наразі маємо суттєві втрати рідкісної фауни та флори: під загрозою зникнення перебувають 687 видів тварин та 857 видів рослин. Зафіксовано тисячі загиблих від гідроакустичних систем військових крейсерів та фрегатів рф дельфінів, розлив нафтопродуктів та інших шкідливих речовин із затонулих суден у басейнах Чорного та Азовського морів. Такий стан справ потребує поповнення організацій, підприємств фахівцями з ґрунтовною екологічною підготовкою, здатних змінити екологічну ситуацію на краще. Натомість і професійна, і фахова передвища освіта поки‐що недостатньо зорієнтовані на виховання активних, цілеспрямованих, відповідальних захисників природи.Розглядувану проблему актуалізує й те, що педагогічною наукою дотепер не визначено стратегії проектування змісту екологічної підготовки майбутніх фахівців морського транспорту, не розроблено продуктивних методів, форм,технологій системного опанування студентами професійно орієнтованими екологічними знаннями, уміннями, навичками. Мета: на основі сучасних ідей, положень, принципів екологічної освіти і виховання обгрунтувати систему розвитку екологічної культури майбутніх фахівців морського транспорту у закладах фахової передвищої освіти розробити її структурну модель.Методи: Для досягнення мети дослідження використано теоретичні (теоретичний аналіз наукових праць, вивчення вимог нормативно‐правових документів екологічного характеру – задля з’ясування рівня розробленості проблеми дослідження та визначення напрямів наукових розвідок; порівняння – з метою вивчення наукових підходів щодо розв’язання проблеми; аналіз і синтез –задля з’ясування особливостей професійної діяльності фахівців морськоготранспорту, обґрунтування змісту розвитку їх екологічної культури;моделювання – для розроблення структурно‐змістової моделі системи) і емпіричні (педагогічне спостереження, бесіди, Google Form‐опитування – для визначення напрямів, етапів, оптимальних форм розвитку екологічної культури студентів).Результати: на основі аналізу освітньо‐професійних програм підготовки фахівців морського транспорту у коледжах з’ясовано особливості розвитку їх екологічної культури. Експериментально визначено основні напрями розвитку досліджуваної властивості особистості (екологічна освіта, екологічне виховання,практична природоохоронна діяльність). Обгрунтовано систему розвитку екологічної культури майбутніх фахівців морського транспорту, структуру якої складають такі компоненти: мета, основні завдання методологічні підходи,основні принципи, етапи, зміст, засоби, методи, форми, діагностика, очікуваний результат. Розроблено структурно‐змістову модель системи, що унаочнює процес досягнення мети та виконання поставлених завдань.Висновки: Теоретично обґрунтована і розроблена структурно‐змістова модель є ідеальним уявленням про систему розвитку досліджуваної інтегративної властивості особистості майбутніх фахівців морського транспорту у закладах фахової передвищої освіти. Закладені у цьому теоретичному конструкті ідеї розвитку екологічної культури студентів засобами поєднання можливостей екологічної освіти, екологічного виховання і практичної природоохоронної діяльності уможливлюють реалізацію в коледжі дієвої системи, здатної суттєво підвищити рівень професійно‐екологічної підготовки фахівців морського транспорту.
dc.description.abstractThe relevance of the study is determined by the global environmental crisis, which in Ukraine tends to grow steadily. In the territory of our country, the war has been destroying ecosystems for 10 years. We currently have significant losses of rare fauna and flora: there are 687 species of animals and 857 species of plants. Thousands of military cruising systems and frigates of dolphins, spilled petroleum products and other harmful substances from sunken vessels in the Black and Azov seas were recorded from the hydroacoustic systems of military cruisers and frigates of Russian Dolphins, spilled petroleum products and other harmful substances from sunken vessels in the Black and Azov seas. This state of affairs requires the replenishment of organizations, enterprises by specialists with thorough environmental training, capable of changing the environmental situation for the better. Instead, both professional and professional education education is not sufficiently focused on the education of active, purposeful, responsible nature defenders. The problem under consideration is also updated by the fact that pedagogical science has not defined the strategies of design of the content of environmental training of future specialists of maritime transport, no productive methods, forms, technologies of systematic mastering students with professionally oriented environmental knowledge, skills, skills have been developed. Purpose: to substantiate the system of development of ecological culture of future maritime transport specialists in the institutions of professional higher education to develop its structural model on the basis of modern ideas, provisions, principles of environmental education and upbringing. Methods: theoretical (theoretical analysis of scientific works, study of the requirements of regulatory and legal documents of an ecological nature‐in order to find out the level of development of the problem of research and definition of directions of scientific intelligence; comparison‐in order to study scientific approaches to solving the problem; Analysis and synthesis‐in order to find out the features of professional activity of maritime transport specialists, substantiation of the content of the development of their ecological culture; modeling‐for the development of a structural and content model of the system) and empirical (pedagogical observation, conversations, Google Form surveillance‐to determine the directions, stages, stages , optimal forms of development of ecological culture of students). Педагогічні науки: теорія, історія, інноваційні технології, 2023, № 4 (128) 406 Results: Based on the analysis of educational and professional programs of training of maritime transport specialists in colleges, the peculiarities of the development of their ecological culture are found out. The main directions of development of the personality under study are experimentally defined (environmental education, environmental education, practical environmental activity). The system of development of ecological culture of future marine transport specialists, the structure of which is the following components: purpose, main tasks methodological approaches, basic principles, stages, content, means, methods, forms, forms, diagnostics, expected result. A structural and content model of the system has been developed, which identifies the process of achieving the goal and fulfilling the tasks. Conclusions: Theoretically substantiated and developed structural‐content model is an ideal idea of the system of development of the studied integrative property of the personality of future marine transport specialists in institutions of professional higher education. The ideas of development of ecological culture of students in this theoretical construction by means of combining the possibilities of ecological education, environmental education and practical environmental activity make it possible to implement the implementation in the college of an effective system that can significantly increase the level of professional and environmental training of marine transport specialists.
