dc.description.abstractУ статті проведено аналіз наукових праць, нормативно-правової бази і змісту навчальної та навчально-методичної документації щодо формування професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів які навчаються на кафедрах військової підготовки. З’ясовано, що з початком повномасштабної агресії російської федерації з’явилися нові фактори які здійснили безпосередній вплив на процес формування професійної компетентності майбутніх офіцерів. Обґрунтовано, що професійна компетентність громадян України які навчаються за програмою підготовки офіцерів запасу полягає в їх спроможності ефективно застосовувати сучасні засоби розвідки та ураження цілей вітчизняного та іноземного виробництва у ході здійснення планування та організації виконання бойових завдань підпорядкованими підрозділами у складі угруповань Збройних Сил України. Виявлено та систематизовано організаційно-педагогічні заходи процесу формування фахової компетентності громадян України які навчаються за програмою підготовки офіцерів запасу. Запропоновано: впровадити дворівневу систему підготовки громадян, скоротити час на підготовку за рахунок відбору і навчання кандидатів які раніше отримали вищу освіту, ввести у систему військової підготовки основні форми дистанційного навчання та стандарти професійної підготовки фахівців в арміях країн-членів НАТО.
dc.description.abstractWith the beginning of the full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, new factors that had a direct impact on the process of forming the future officers professional competence appeared. There was a need to make changes to the structure of future officers’ military training in accordance with the new vectors of the Ukraine’s national security and defense sector development in order to increase its efficiency. The purpose of the article is to analyze the peculiarities of forming the future officers professional competence, to identify and systematize the organizational and pedagogical measures of military training in the conditions of full-scale aggression of the Russian Federation, as well as to develop proposals for improving its effectiveness. In the research process, theoretical (analysis and systematization of scientific and pedagogical literature, regulatory and legal documents, instructional and methodical materials) and empirical (study and generalization of domestic and foreign experience, interviewing participants in hostilities, observation) methods were used, which made it possible to determine the essence of the main concepts of research, as well as to implement organizational and pedagogical measures in the process of forming the professional competence of future officers at the military training departments. It is substantiated that the professional competence of Ukraine citizens who study on the training program for reserve officers consists in their ability to effectively use modern means of reconnaissance and destruction of domestic and foreign production targets in the course of planning and organizing the execution of combat tasks by subordinate units within the groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The organizational and pedagogical measures in the process of forming the future officers’ professional competence at the military training departments were identified and systematized. It is proposed: to implement a two-level system of training citizens, to reduce the time for studying due to the selection and training of the candidates who previously received a higher education, to introduce into the system of military education the main forms of distance learning and the standards of specialists professional preparation in the armies of NATO member countries.
